- This study aimed to identify factors influencing patient safety management among nursing students with clinical practice experience. Data were collected from 135 third- and fourth-year nursing students in Gyeonggi Province, between September 1 and 20, 2023. Analysis was performed using t-tests, ANOVA, correlation, and regression analysis with SPSS 22.0. Nursing professionalism scored 3.36±0.58, safety control 3.65±0.90, clinical decision-making ability 3.46±0.44, and patient safety management 4.15±0.84. Nursing professionalism correlated with safety control (r=.236, p=.006) and clinical decision-making ability (r=.218, p=.011). Safety control correlated with clinical decision-making ability (r=.266, p=.002) and patient safety management (r=.683, p=.001). Clinical decision-making ability also correlated with patient safety management (r=.273, p=.001). Safety control significantly influenced patient safety management (t=9.927, p=.000), explaining 46.5% of the variance. Enhancing safety control through targeted educational programs may improve nursing students' patient safety practices.

- 본 연구는 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생의 환자안전관리행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 실시 되었다. 연구 참여자는 경기도 소재 일개 간호대학의 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호학과 3, 4학년 135명으로, 2023년 9월 1일부터 9월 20일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 간호전문직관 3.36±0.58점, 안전통제감 3.65±0.90점, 임상 의사결정능력 3.46±0.44점, 환자안전관리행위 4.15±0.84점이었다. 간호전문직관은 안전통제감(r=.236, p=.006)과 임상 의사결정능력(r=.218, p=.011), 안전통제감은 임상의사결정능력(r=.266, p=.002)과 환자안전관리행위(r=.683, p=.000), 임상의사결정능력은 환자안전관리행위(r=.273, p=.001)와 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 간호대학생의 환자안전관리행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 안전통제감(t=9.927, p=.000)으로 설명력은 46.5%였다(F=39.771, p=.000). 본 연구결과를 기초로 간호대학생의 환자안전관리행위 향상을 위해 안전통제감을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
