This study conducted oral health education using video content on 22 implant patients who visited dental medical institutions from April 4, 2023 to November 23, 2023. Six repeated education sessions were conducted over a total of 9 weeks, and oral health education was conducted with the goal of changing the subjects' cognition and behavior through education on proper brushing methods, oral hygiene product usage, and implant structures. As a result of the study, the average score of behavior change (OHB) before oral health education was 11.90 points, and it improved to an average of 14.81 points after education. The change in the correct answer rate of implant knowledge was also 74.19 points before education, and increased to 95.01 points after education, which was statistically significant. Through these results, the effectiveness of oral health education using video content was confirmed, and it is intended to be used as basic data for expanding non-face-to-face oral health education and suggesting program directions.

본 연구는 2023년 4월 4일부터 2023년 11월 23일까지 치과 의료기관에 방문한 22명의 임플란트 환자를 대상으로 영상컨텐츠를 활용한 구강보건교육을 실시하였다. 총 9주간 6회의 반복 교육을 실시하였으며, 구강보건 교육은 올바른 칫솔질 방법과 구강위생용품 사용법, 임플란트 구조물의 관한 교육으로 대상자의 인지 및 행동 변 화를 목표로 시행되었다. 연구 결과 구강보건교육 전 행동변화(OHB)의 평균 점수는 11.90점으로 나타났으며, 교 육 후에는 평균 14.81점으로 향상되었다. 임플란트 지식 정답률의 변화 또한 교육 전 74.19점이였으며, 교육 후 95.01점으로 상승되었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 영상 콘텐츠를 활용한 구강보건교육의 효과 를 확인하였으며, 비대면 구강보건교육 확대 및 프로그램 방향 제시를 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.
