Study on Academic Achievement and Academic Stress According to Face-To-Face and Online Classes of Nursing and Health College Students

The purpose of this study was to investigate academic achievement and academic stress among nursing and health care college students who had experience in online classes and face-to-face classes, and to prepare measures to increase student satisfaction and improve academic achievement. A survey was conducted from March to May 2023 on nursing and health science department students from selected local 4-year universities. Online class satisfaction showed a significant correlation with academic stress(r=-0.558) and academic achievement(r=0.562). Additionally, academic achievement had significant correlations with online class satisfaction(r=0.562) and academic stress(r=-0.560). To improve student satisfaction and achievement and reduce academic stress, we need to consider various factors and develop a progressive program based on learners' levels.

본 연구의 목적은 비대면 수업과 대면 수업의 경험이 있는 간호 보건계열 대학생들을 대상으로 학업 성 취도와 학업 스트레스를 조사하여 학생의 만족도를 높이고 학업 성취도를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위해 시행하였다. 2023년 3월부터 5월까지 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 간호, 보건계열 대학생들을 대상으로 설문 조사하 였다. 연구결과 비대면 수업 만족도는 학업 스트레스(r=-0.558, p=.000)와 학업 성취도(r=0.562, p=.000)에서 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 학업성취도는 비대면 수업 만족도(r=0.562, p=.000)와 학업 스트레스(r=-0.560, p=.000) 와 유의한 상관관계를 나타났다. 학생들의 학업 스트레스를 줄여주고 만족도와 성취도를 향상시키기 위해 다양한 요인들과의 상호작용을 살펴보고 학습자의 수준에 맞는 단계적 프로그램 계발이 필요할 것이다.
