The purpose of this study is to understand for constraints of the Artificial Intelligence(AI) governance and consider the desirable direction of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification(FFWPU) in this regard. Dr. Han Hak-Ja declared that during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, the world is in an era of ‘Hyper Connected Society’ called ‘within 1 second’, and has emphasized continuous efforts for conscious change and environmental adaptation in the rapidly changing modern world. AI governance, which can determine the future of humanity, emphasizes cooperation between humans and AI. It is very important that we understand AI governance, which cannot be avoided, and seek the right direction to adapt to it. This paper would like to suggest the following four desirable directions for AI governance of the FFWPU. First, the FFWPU must be able to lead the unity of heart with True Parents, objectivity, transparency, and church growth through the use of digital platforms and AI digital technologies. Second, there must be a system in place to immediately respond a misleading fake news about the FFWPU. Third, FFWPU must be familiar with the ‘technology critical reality approach’ to resolve the ‘difficulty of AI legislation’ and increase adaptation to and understanding of AI governance. Lastly, all systems of the FFWPU must operate harmoniously, maintaining checks and balances on personnel, finance, and media to prevent the harmful effects of the panopticon structure.

본 연구의 목적은 인공지능(AI) 거버넌스의 제약요인을 이해하고, 이에 대한 세 계평화통일가정연합의 바람직한 방향성에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 한학자 선생은 코로나19 팬데믹의 시기에 세계는 ‘1초권’이라는 초연결(Hyper Connected Society) 시대라고 선언하고, 급변하는 현대에서 의식적 변화와 환경적응을 위해 지속적으로 노력할 것을 강조해 왔다. 인류의 미래의 승패를 좌우할 수 있는 AI 거버넌스는 인 간과 AI 간의 협치를 강조하고 있다. 우리는 피해 갈 수 없는 AI 거버넌스를 잘 이 해하고 적응하기 위한 올바른 방향성을 모색하는 것이 매우 중요한 것이다. 본고는 세계평화통일가정연합의 AI 거버넌스 바람직한 방향성에 대하여 다음과 같이 4가 지를 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 세계평화통일가정연합은 디지털플랫폼이나 AI 디지털 기술의 활용으로 참부모님과의 심정일체화, 객관성, 투명성, 교회 성장성을 주도할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 세계평화통일가정연합에 대한 음해성 가짜뉴스는 즉시 대응 할 수 있는 체제를 갖추어야 한다. 셋째, 세계평화통일가정연합은 ‘AI 입법에 대한 난해성’을 해결하기 위한 ‘기술 비판적 실재성 접근’을 숙지하고, AI 거버넌스에 대 한 적응과 이해를 높여 나가야 한다. 넷째, 세계평화통일가정연합의 모든 체제는 파 놉티콘 구조의 폐해를 막기 위해 인사, 재정, 언론 등 서로 견제와 균형을 유지하며 조화롭게 운영되어야 한다.
