Objectives The purpose of this study developed a dance education program to provide a dance education program that can have a positive impact on multicultural acceptance and anti-prejudice for young children. Methods The direction of program development was set through literature research and expert meetings, and participatory experiments were conducted with teachers to apply and evaluate the developed educational program, and the results of the program were derived through in-depth interviews. Conclusions In conclusion, First, the dance education program that the researcher will develop is based on Banks' multicultural curriculum approach and elements of early childhood education, and it is presented with a teaching-learning guide so that it can be applied in the educational field even without majoring in dance, so that educational activities can be carried out without difficulty. Second, the evaluation method of the program was conducted through in-depth interview evaluations after teachers participated in the program. Through this, it was concluded that it would be helpful in all areas of identity, diversity, fairness, and practicality in the evaluation of multicultural acceptance and anti-bias interview forms.

본 연구는 다문화사회의 유아에게 다문화 수용성 및 반 편견에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 무용 교육프로그램 을 제공하고자 Banks의 다문화 교육과정 접근법 및 누리과정의 요소를 기반으로 무용 교육프로그램 개발하고자 하였 다. 문헌 연구와 전문가 회의를 통해 프로그램 개발의 방향성을 설정하였으며 개발된 교육프로그램 적용 및 평가를 위해 현장 유아 교사를 대상으로 프로그램 참여실험을 진행하였으며 연구참여자의 심층 면담을 통해 프로그램이 다 문화 수용성 및 반 편견에 미치는 영향에 대한 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 연구자가 개발할 무용 교육프로 그램은 Banks의 다문화 교육과정 접근법(기여적, 부가적, 변혁적, 사회행동적)과 유아누리과정의 요소를 기반으로 내 용 체계가 구성되었다. 특히‘탈’이라는 소재를 사용하여 유아 놀이 중심의 다양한 동작 활동과 유아의 호기심 및 오감을 자극 시킬 수 있는 교재교구를 이용하여 프로그램을 개발하였으며 무용을 전공하지 않고도 교육현장에서 적 용이 가능하도록 교수학습과정안을 함께 제시하여 어렵지 않게 교육 활동이 가능할 것이다. 둘째, 유아 대상 다문화 무용교육 프로그램의 평가 방법은 현장 교사들의 프로그램 참여 후 심층 면담 평가로 진행하였으며 다문화 수용성 및 반 편견 면담지에 대한 평가에서 정체성, 다양성, 공정성, 실천성 모든 부분에서 도움이 될 것이라는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.
