Objectives This study aims to create a theoretical basis for how teaching strategies should be constructed to develop dance education programs to improve elementary school teachers' cultural diversity capabilities Methods This research method was based on literature research and discourse analysis as a qualitative research method Results Elementary dance is generally easy to recognize as practical-oriented education, but it is a way to become educational practice by combining theory and practical practice. First, it is an understanding of the direction in which the necessity of interpretation of achievement standards in the elementary sports curriculum can be linked to the content of classes. Second, the cultural competence of teachers who teach dance education can move toward instructional design. This means that students must have continuity so that they can learn dance education from an integrated curriculum Conclusions It should not be overlooked that the perception of cultural diversity is not acquired in an instant, but can grow into a human being who has cultivated cultural sensitivity in the process of continuous learning.

본 연구는 초등교사의 문화다양성 역량증진을 위한 무용교육프로그램개발을 위해 교수전략을 어떻게 구성해야 하 는지에 대한 이론적 근거를 만드는데 목적을 둔다. 현재 교육환경의 변화에 따라 교사들의 역량은 다양한 관점으로 요구되고 있다. 의사소통, 글로벌, 공동체, 디지털 등 인문과 기술을 아우르는 역량강화 사이에 문화다양성 역량은 인 문학적 측면에서 매우 중요한 역량으로 교과목에서 학생들 스스로 인지할 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 초등무용은 일반적으로 실기위주의 교육으로 인식하기 쉬우나 이론과 실기를 병행하여 교육적 실천이 될 수 있 는 방안으로 첫째, 초등체육교육과정에서 성취기준 해석의 필요성이 수업내용으로 연계될 수 있는 방향성에 대한 이 해이다. 둘째, 무용교육을 가르치는 교사의 문화적 역량이 수업설계로 나아갈 수 있다는 점이다. 이는 학생들이 무용 교육을 통합교과과정에서부터 학습할 수 있도록 지속성을 갖추어야 한다는 것이다. 문화다양성에 대한 인식은 찰나 적으로 습득되는 것이 아니라 지속적인 학습의 과정에서 문화적 감수성을 함양한 인간으로 성장할 수 있다는 점을 간과해서는 안 될 것이다.
