Culture and arts management is a study that requires both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and despite the quantitative and qualitative expansion and development of the curriculum, the need for field experience and practical education has emerged along with the criticism that there is a lack of manpower with field-level skills. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of field trips and practical experiences to cultivate talents who will adapt to the diversified culture and arts environment amid the steady demand for culture and arts management. To this end, as a result of conducting in-depth interviews with nine people with field-level experience during the graduate course of culture and arts management and analyzing them by applying a contextual learning model, it was found that the subjects worked with high expectations and clear goals in a "personal context," and in a "socultural context," they encountered various practical skills and experienced the benefits of networking, while experiencing difficulties in making decisions due to the absence of mentors. In the "physical context," the adaptation and response of field activities were different depending on whether or not they were trained in advance. Based on the analysis results, it is suggested that it is necessary to expand field training subjects, introduce mentoring programs, and establish a cooperative relationship between universities and field institutions to strengthen professional competencies.

문화예술경영은 이론 지식과 실무적 경험을 동시에 요구하는 학문으로 교육과정의 양적, 질적인 확장과 발전에도 불구하고 현장 실무 능력을 갖춘 인력 부족하다는 지적과 함께 현장 경험과 실습 교육의 필요성이 대두되어왔다. 문 화예술의 수요 증가와 더불어 문화예술경영 전문 인력의 활약이 꾸준히 요구되는 가운데, 다변화되는 문화예술 환경 에 적응해 나갈 인재 양성을 위해 현장학습과 실무 경험의 효과를 분석하여 적용 및 개선점을 모색하는 데 본 연구 의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문화예술경영 대학원 과정 중 현장 실무 경험이 있는 9명을 대상으로 심층 면접을 실행하 고 맥락적 학습 모형을 적용해 분석한 결과, ‘개인적 맥락’에서 대상자들이 높은 기대와 명확한 목표를 가지고 활동 하는 것으로 나타났으며, ‘사회문화적 맥락’에서는 다양한 실무 기술을 접하고 인맥 형성의 유익을 경험하는 반면, 멘 토 부재로 인한 의사 결정의 어려움을 겪는 것으로 드러났다. ‘물리적 맥락’에서는 사전 교육 여부에 따라 현장 활동 의 적응 및 대응이 상이하게 나타났다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 전문 역량을 강화하기 위해 현장실습 과목 확대와 멘토 링 프로그램 도입, 대학과 현장 기관의 협력 관계 구축이 필요함을 제안한다.
