This study aimed to explore educational strategies for fostering the recognition and acceptance of attributes of life that are only achievable through relationships with others, using qualitative research methods to investigate the Shinmyong experience at Goseong Ogwangdae. The findings revealed that the Shinmyong experience at Goseong Ogwangdae constitutes a positive and direct engagement with interpersonal relationships, serving as a foundation for autonomous moral living and self-efficacy. Through an examination of the process of Shinmyong experience at Goseong Ogwangdae, meaningful implications for moral education were derived. Firstly, the experience of Shinmyong is attainable when students feel a sense of detachment from conventional learning environments. Secondly, the establishment of intimacy among members is crucial before engaging in full-scale activities. Lastly, the teacher's selfless attitude is vital for ensuring that the Shinmyong experience translates into a moral way of life. Through the Shinmyong experience, participants in the study perceived others positively and adopted a proactive attitude toward their own endeavors, resulting in a lifestyle that aligns with both personal satisfaction and the collective benefit of the community.

본 연구는 ‘타자와의 관계를 통해서만 가능한 삶의 속성에 관한 인 식 및 수용’ 교육 방안을 모색하기 위해 질적 연구 방법을 활용하여 고성오광대에서의 신명 경험을 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 고성오광대에서 의 신명 경험은 다른 사람과의 관계성에 대한 긍정적·직접적 경험이 자, 자율적 도덕 생활의 토대가 되는 자기 효능감의 경험이다. 고성오 광대에서의 신명 경험이 일어나는 과정을 분석하고 이를 토대로 도덕 교육적으로 의미 있는 신명 경험을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 신명 경험은 학생에게 학습을 벗어난 느낌을 줄 때 가능하다. 둘째, 본 격적인 활동 이전에 구성원 간 친밀감을 먼저 형성해야 한다. 셋째, 교 사의 사심(私心) 없는 태도가 신명 경험이 도덕적 삶으로 이어지는 데 중요하다. 신명 경험을 통해 연구참여자들은 타인을 긍정적으로 인식 하고 자기 일에 대해서 도전적인 의식을 가지는데, 이런 태도는 자기 만족과 공동체의 이익이 부합하는 삶의 모습으로 나타났다.
