This study highlights the importance and challenges of global industry-academic cooperation and analyzes successful cases of such collaboration in South Korea, thereby proposing effective strategies for global cooperation. Global industry-academic collaboration faces various obstacles, including cultural and linguistic differences, time and distance disparities, diversity in legal and regulatory frameworks, and issues of technological compatibility. To overcome these challenges, it emphasizes the necessity of strategic planning with clear goals, establishing legal and regulatory systems, allocating resources and funding mechanisms, standardizing technology, and developing sophisticated processes and methodologies. These approaches play a crucial role in overcoming the complexities and challenges of global cooperation and in building effective and sustainable collaborative relationships. In conclusion, global industry- academic cooperation is a critical strategy for the development of education and industry, requiring systematic and strategic responses to various challenges. South Korea's experiences in this field contribute significantly to the enhancement of innovation and the quality of education through global collaboration. These experiences and knowledge are valuable assets for the advancement of global industry-academic cooperation.

본 연구는 글로벌 산학협력의 중요성과 장애요인을 조명하고, 대한민국의 성공적인 산학협력 사례들을 분석함으로 써, 효과적인 글로벌 산학협력 전략을 제시했다. 글로벌 산학협력은 문화적, 언어적 차이, 시간 및 거리의 차이, 법률 및 규 제의 다양성, 기술적 호환성 문제 등 다양한 장애요인에 직면해 있으며, 이러한 장애를 극복하기 효과적인 글로벌 산학협 력을 위해서는 전략적 계획과 명확한 목표 설정, 법률 및 규제 체계 구축, 자원 할당 및 자금 조달 메커니즘, 기술 표준화, 그리고 고도화된 프로세스와 방법론의 필요성이 강조된다. 이러한 접근 방식은 글로벌 산학협력의 복잡성과 도전을 극복 하고, 효과적이고 지속 가능한 협력 관계를 구축하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 결론적으로, 글로벌 산학협력은 교육과 산업계의 발전을 위한 중요한 전략이며, 이를 위해서는 다양한 장애요인을 인식하고 이에 대응하는 체계적이고 전략적인 접근이 필요하다. 한의 사례는 글로벌 산학협력을 통한 혁신과 교육의 질 향상에 중요한 기여를 하고 있으며, 이러한 경험 과 지식은 글로벌 산학협력의 발전을 위한 중요한 자산이 될 것이다.
