- In the field of healthcare, artificial intelligence (AI) is being increasingly utilized in various capacities, with a projected further increase in its utilization in the future. However, ethical concerns raised in the realm of AI ethics may resurface in the context of AI deployment within healthcare. These concerns have the potential to adversely impact the safeguarding of patient autonomy, a principle highly valued in the medical domain. This paper examines the ethical issues that may arise from the use of AI in healthcare and elucidates their implications on patient autonomy, particularly within the framework of shared decision making and the prerequisite of informed consent.

- 오늘날 보건의료 영역에서 인공지능은 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 추후 보건의료 영역의 인공지능 활용은 더욱 증대될 전망이다. 그러나 인공지능 윤리에서 제기된 문제들이 보건의료 영역의 인공지능 활용에서 다시 반복될 수 있다. 이러한 문제들은 의료 영역에서 중요하게 여겨지는 환자 자율성의 보장에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 논문은 보건의료 영역에서 인공지능 활용이 야기할 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 검토하고, 이들이 환자 자율성에 미치는 영향을 공동의사결정과 그 조건으로서 충분한 정보에 의한 동의를 중심으로 해명한다.
