This study aims to explore the narrative of value perception changes among military academy cadet candidates before and after their entrance training. Specifically, it examines changes in identity, the establishment of personal branding, welfare concepts, career consciousness, and the effectiveness of physical fitness improvement. The study surveyed first-year and second-year cadet candidates (37 individuals) who participated in the winter entrance training at G University. Data were collected through unstructured in-depth interviews and analyzed for content. The findings reveal that entrance training significantly influences the identity and personal branding of cadet candidates, marking a pivotal moment in their perception as they prepare for personal branding. The study also highlights the need for career counseling and support programs for physical fitness improvement. These results are expected to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of entrance training programs for military academy cadet candidates.

이 연구는 학군사관후보생의 동계입영 훈련 전·후 가치 인식변화에 대한 내러티브 탐색이다. 특히, 정 체성 변화, 퍼스널브랜딩의 확립, 복지개념, 진로의식, 체력향상의 효과성에 대한 실증적 증거를 탐색하고 자 하였다. 연구대상은 G 대학교 학군단의 동계입영 훈련에 참여한 1년 차(17명)와 2년 차(20명) 후보생을 대상으로 한정하여 선정하였다. 비구조화된 심층 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 내용분석을 통하여 다 음의 결과를 도출하였다. 동계입영 훈련은 후보생의 정체성과 퍼스널브랜딩에 중대한 영향을 미치며, 퍼스 널브랜딩을 준비하는 인식의 시간으로 나타났다. 또한, 복지개념은 진로상담 및 체력향상을 위한 지원프로 그램의 필요가 있으며, 이러한 결과는 학군사관후보생을 위한 입영 훈련 프로그램의 효과를 평가하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
