This study was conducted to verify the relative influence of communication ability and positive psychological capital factors that affect the emotional capital of MZ generation social service personnel according to the curriculum. A survey was conducted on social service personnel serving in the Gyeongsang region for about three months from April to June 2022, and the following research results were derived by conducting descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression equations using data from 578 people. First, it was found that the communication ability of social service personnel had a significant effect on emotional capital, but when positive psychological capital factors were introduced, the significant influence of communication ability was lost. Second, when positive psychological capital factors were introduced in both the basic job education group and the in-depth job education group of social service personnel, the significant influence of communication ability was lost. On the other hand, in basic job education, hope among the factors of positive psychological capital had a significant effect on emotional capital, but in in in-depth job education, hope and resilience had a significant effect on emotional capital. This study was significant in that it was a study that specifically confirmed the relative influence of communication ability and positive psychological capital factors on the emotional capital of social service personnel according to the curriculum. Finally, the contents of job training for social service personnel, suggestions and implications for improving social welfare organizations, and directions in subsequent studies were presented.

이 연구는 교육과정에 따라 MZ세대 사회복무요원의 감성자본에 영향을 미치는 의사소통능력과 긍정심 리자본 요인의 상대적 영향력을 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 경상권 지역에서 복무 중인 사회복무요원을 대 상으로 2022년 4월부터 6월까지 약 3개월간 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 578명의 데이터를 활용하여 기술통 계, 독립표본 t검증, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀방정식을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫 째, 사회복무요원의 의사소통능력은 감성자본에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 긍정심리자본 요인이 투입하였을 때는 의사소통능력의 유의한 영향력은 잃는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복무요원의 기본직무교육 집단과 심화직무교육 집단에 긍정심리자본 요인이 투입하였을 때 의사소통능력은 유의한 영향력을 잃는 것으로 나타났다. 기본직무교육 집단에서는 긍정심리자본 요인 중 희망이 감성자본에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 심 화직무교육 집단에서는 희망과 회복탄력이 감성자본에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 교육과정에 따라 MZ세대 사회복무요원의 의사소통능력과 긍정심리자본 요인이 감성자본에 상대적으로 미 치는 영향력을 구체적으로 확인한 연구라는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 마지막으로 사회복무요원 직무교육과 사회복지조직의 개선방안에 대한 제안 및 함의점, 후속 연구에서의 방향성 등을 제시하였다.
