The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of visitors to the exhibition of traditional crafts of the Craft Trend Fair. It also analyzes the effect of exhibition satisfaction on revisit intention, recommendation intention, and the effect on price perception. For this analysis, multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA), hierarchical multiple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results are summarized as follows. First, the satisfaction values of visitors to the exhibition of traditional crafts were information acquisition(4.978), information service(6.108), topic understanding(5.963), content satisfaction(6.190), overall satisfaction(6.362), revisit intention(6.433), and recommendation intention(6.338), respectively. Second, no difference in satisfaction was found according to the characteristics of each gender or age of visitors to the exhibition of traditional crafts, but it was found that there were significant differences in all items according to the characteristics of each occupation. It was found that the general public was more satisfied with all items than art-related workers Third, it was found that the factor that had the greatest influence on the overall satisfaction of the visitors was content satisfaction, and that overall satisfaction plays a role as a mediating variable on revisit intention and recommendation intention. Finally, it was found that the satisfaction of visitors did not significantly effect the price perception of traditional crafts.

본 연구의 목적은 공예트렌드페어 전승공예품 전시 관람객의 만족도와 전시 만족도가 재방문 의사 와 권유 의사에 미치는 영향 및 가격 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 다변량 분산분석과 위계적 다중회귀분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공예트렌드페어 전승공예품 전시 관람객의 만족도는 정보 획득 4.978, 안내 서비스 6.108, 주 제 이해도 5.963, 내용 만족도 6.190으로 나타났으며, 전반적 만족도는 6.362로 나타났고 재방문 의사 와 권유 의사는 각각 6.433과 6.338로 나타났다. 둘째, 공예트렌드페어 전승공예품 전시 관람객의 성별, 연령별 특성에 따른 만족도 차이는 발견하 지 못했으나 관람객의 직업별 특성에 따라서는 모든 항목에서 유의미한 차이가 존재하고 있음을 확 인하였다. 관람객 중 예술관련 종사자에 비하여 일반인들이 모든 항목에서 만족도가 높은 것으로 나 타났다. 셋째, 공예트렌드페어 전승공예품 전시 관람객의 전반적 만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 주는 요인은 내용 만족도로 나타났으며, 전반적 만족도는 관람객들의 재방문 의사와 권유 의사에 매개변수로서 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 관람객의 만족도는 공예트렌드페어 전승공예품의 가격 인식에 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.
