This study is an omnibus type study to examine what the Chairman Kim Woo-jung's 'global entrepreneurship' is and how his entrepreneurship is affecting future generations. In the first study, the global entrepreneurial spirit of the Chairman Kim Woo-jung was classified into creative spirit, challenging spirit, and self-sacrifice spirit based on previous researches on Daewoo Group and Chairman Kim Woo-jung. This classification eventually coincides with the spirit of Daewoo Group. In the second study, the entrepreneurship of research institute companies in Daegu, which is the hometown of Chairman Kim Woo-jung and where many first-generation founders started their business, was compared with that of research institute companies in other regions. As a result of comparing the level of entrepreneurship of a total of 211 research institutes located in R&D special zones in each region, there was no statistically significant difference, but in the case of risk-taking in detail, there was a statistically significant difference by region. The third study investigated the components of entrepreneurship for MZ generation. As a result of the FGI and surveys, it was found that the entrepreneurship for MZ generation is a concept that includes self-sacrificing leadership, risk-taking, innovativeness, philanthropic responsibility, autonomy, proactiveness, ethical responsibility, and economic responsibility. In the last part of the study, the significance and implications were reviewed, and the limitations of the study and future research directions were presented.

본 연구는 故 김우중 회장의 ‘글로벌기업가정신’이란 무엇이고, 김우중 회장의 기업가정신이 후세에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 살펴보 기 위한 옴니버스 식 연구이다. 첫 번째 연구에서는 대우그룹과 김우중 회장에 대한 선행연구 자료들을 바탕으로 故 김우중 회장의 글로벌 기 업가 정신을 창조정신, 도전정신 그리고 희생정신으로 분류하였다. 이러한 분류는 결국 대우그룹의 정신인 대우정신과 일치한다고 볼 수 있다. 두 번째 연구에서는 김우중 회장의 고향이자 우리나라 다수의 1세대 창업자들이 경영을 시작한 대구지역 연구소기업들과 타 지역의 연구소기 업들의 기업가정신을 비교하였다. 각 지역별 연구개발특구에 위치한 총 211개 연구소기업의 기업가정신 수준을 비교한 결과 통계적으로 유의 미한 차이는 없었으나 세부적으로 위험감수성의 경우에는 통계적으로 지역별 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째 연구에서는 MZ세대가 생 각하는 기업가정신의 구성요소에 대해 조사하였다. 정성조사 및 정량조사 결과 MZ세대들이 생각하는 기업가정신은 자기희생적 리더십, 위험 감수성, 혁신성, 자선적 책임, 자율성, 진취성, 윤리적 책임, 경제적 책임 등을 담고 있는 개념인 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 마지막 부분에서는 본 연구의 의의 및 시사점에 대해 살펴보았으며, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
