This study presents one of the teaching methods through the case of operating basic liberal arts mathematics subjects using online contents. The spread and popularization of online education after COVID-19 changed the current educational environment. The causes of changes in basic mathematics academic background and its effect on basic liberal arts mathematics in universities will be examined. The weakening of learners' basic mathematics ability due to the changed curriculum and entrance examination system affected the liberal arts mathematics of universities. Changes in learners' perceptions of online learning and deviations in mathematical competencies require changes in the way liberal arts mathematics instructors operate. Online content is already a familiar learning tool to learners, and if instructors use and operate these tools, the learning effect can be enhanced. This study looks at the case of using and operating online contents produced by universities and online courses (K-MOOC, KOCW) on an open course platform in face-to-face classes. This study looks at the case of operating using online contents in basic liberal arts mathematics subjects. Appropriate use of online contents in face-to-face classes could induce interest of learners and induce effective learning activities.

이 글은 대학 교양 동아시아 수업의 전근대사 부분, 특히 동아시아의 범주, 동아시아의 공 통적 문화 특징을 중심으로 수업에 어떠한 내용이 포함되면 좋을지를 고민해 본 결과라 할 수 있다. 동아시아의 범주에 대한 한국학계의 시각은 한국·중국·일본·베트남을 중심으로 하면서도 유목민족을 포함하는 한편 그 시간적·공간적 범위가 한정적으로 이해될 수 없음을 강조하는 경향으로 이어져 왔다. 전근대 동아시아의 범위와 문화적 요소를 다룰 때 빼놓을 수 없는 한자, 유교, 율령, 불교와 책봉체제를 제시했던 ‘동아시아세계론은 중국중심주의와 대 상 시기의 협소함 등으로 최근 강한 비판을 받고 있으나, 교양 수업의 내용 구성과 관련해서 는 여전히 유효한 부분이 있다. 다만 한자문화와 관련된 내용은 좀 더 충실하고 구체적으로 구성, 전달되어야 할 것이다. 대학 교양으로서 동아시아사를 수업할 때는 동아시아사 학습의 의의를 제대로 공유할 수 있도록 하고, 통사와 주제사를 적절히 조합할 수 있는 구성을 취해 야 하며, ‘동아시아세계론’과 동부유라시아론에서 강조한 문화권과 지역권 관련 논의가 다 양하게 다루어질 수 있어야 할 것 같다. 강의 방식과 관련해서는 동아시아사와 관련된 각국의 사료를 다양하게 발췌하여 읽어 보는 방식이 효과적일 것이라 여겨진다.
