Human history is moving toward a future society while being complexly intertwined with migration, refugees, war, and the emergence of paganism. In particular, 21st century society is experiencing rapid geopolitical changes. The world is rapidly expanding into a multi-ethnic and multicultural society despite numerous conflicts. Geopolitical changes in a multiethnic and multicultural society require new missionary strategies. In this thesis, we will examine the challenges and missionary responses presented by a multi-ethnic and multicultural society amid changes in global society. The negative impacts on future missions are climate change, heatstroke, poverty and hunger, glaciers melting so rapidly that they can change the map, and the era of mass migration. These factors are transforming the world into a multi-ethnic society and revealing this phenomenon on the map. We are required to face this trend of the times and respond to new challenges. To overcome this, human leadership, increased spiritual skinship, and the formation of a spiritual bodyguard are essential. And in order for a missionary to provide spiritual leadership to a multi-ethnic community, he or she must be wise in self-management, use clear subjects in communication, and focus on clarity rather than likability in the ministry. We need to face the reality of today's missions and make efforts to create a better mission field.

인류 역사는 이주와 난민, 전쟁과 이교도의 출현으로 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 가운데 미래 사회를 향해 가고 있다. 특히 21세기 사회는 급격한 지 정학적 변화를 겪고 있다. 전 세계는 이러한 수많은 갈등 속에서도 다민 족·다문화 사회로 급속하게 확장되고 있다. 다민족·다문화 사회의 지정 학적 변화는 선교의 새로운 전략을 요구하고 있다. 본고에서는 글로벌 사 회의 변화 가운데 다민족·다문화 사회가 주는 도전과 선교적 대응을 고찰 하고자 한다. 21세기 현대선교는 기후변화와 열사병, 빈곤과 굶주림, 지도를 바꿀 정 도로 급속하게 녹아내리는 빙하, 대이동의 시대에 있다. 이러한 요소들은 전 세계를 다민족 사회로 변화시키고, 그 현상을 지도 위에 드러내고 있다. 우리에게는 이러한 시대적 흐름을 직시하고 이를 위한 요구된다. 이를 극복하기 위해 인간적 리더십과 영적 스킨십 증대, 영적 친위부대의 형성 이 필수적이다. 그리고 사역자가 다민족 공동체를 향해 영적 지도력을 발 휘하려면 자기 관리에 현명한 사람이 되고, 커뮤니케이션에 분명한 주어를 사용하며, 사역의 호감도 보다는 선명성을 중점으로 드러내야 한다. 그 결 과로 선교의 가능성은 높아질 것이다. 우리는 오늘의 현실을 직시하고 보 다 나은 선교 현장을 만들어 가기 위한 노력이 요구된다.
