In order to empirically study factors affecting industrial security, this study was conducted at 20 industrial security sites (20 sites) operating in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon) over a two-month period from January 2 to March 2, 2024. ) was analyzed through questionnaires and interviews targeting 5 managers and practitioners (100 people) each. Among the factors that influence industrial security sites, industrial security support shows that the management (CEO)'s will to industrial security is generally high, and the security awareness of executives and employees is also shown to be high. However, the level of security education of executives and employees appears to be low, so creating an efficient training atmosphere can be seen as being of utmost importance. An independent security organization is appropriate, and industrial security policies are also defined and recognized, but utilization appears to be somewhat low. Security investment is recognized as insufficient compared to the size or sales of the company, except in some industrial sites. Industrial security management shows that the level of punishment according to security inspection is low, and security inspection can be seen as a formality as measures are taken through security inspection and passive response to violators. Most industrial sites have manuals to prepare for security incidents, but these also appear to be underutilized. It is necessary to confirm that industrial security support and management, which are factors that affect industrial security, are the top priority in industrial security, and to properly link factors that were low in the survey results with factors that were relatively high. For example, based on the relatively high level of industrial security commitment of the management (CEO) and employees, the security organization should be utilized to the fullest to create security education, security policy or security investment, and a security inspection and response system at a certain level.

이 연구는 산업보안에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 연구하기 위해 2024년 1월 2일부터 3월 2일까지 2개월에 걸쳐 수도권(서울‧경기‧인천)에서 운영되고 있는 산업보안현장(20개소)의 관리자 및 실 무자 각각 5명(100명)을 대상으로 설문지와 인터뷰를 통해 분석되었다. 산업보안현장에서 영향을 미치는 요인 중 산업보안지원은 경영진(CEO)의 산업보안의지는 대체적으 로 높게 나타났고, 임직원의 보안의식 또한 높게 보여지고 있다. 하지만 임직원의 보안교육 수준은 낮게 나타나 효율적인 교육 분위기를 조성하는 것이 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 독립적인 보안조직은 적절하며, 산업보안정책 또한 규정되어 인지하고 있으나 활용도가 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 보안투자는 일부 산업현장을 제외하곤 기업의 규모나 매출에 비해 부족하다고 인식되고 있다. 산업보안관리는 보안점검과 따른 처벌수준은 낮은 것으로 나타나고 있는데 보안점검과 위반자에 대한 소극적인 대응으로 조치가 이루어져 보안점검이 형식적으로 이루어진다고 볼 수 있다. 보안사고 발생에 대비한 매뉴얼은 산업현장에서 대부분 구비되어 있으나 이 또한 활용도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 산업보안에 영향을 미치는 요인인 산업보안지원과 관리는 산업보안에 있어서 최우선 과제임을 확인하 고, 조사결과에서 낮게 나타난 요인을 비교적 높게 나타난 요인을 적절히 상호 연계할 필요가 있다. 가령, 상대적으로 높게 나타난 경영진(CEO)와 임직원의 산업보안의지를 기본으로 보안조직을 최대한 활용하여 보안교육, 보안정책이나 보안투자, 그리고 보안점검과 대응체계를 일정 수준으로 조성해야 한다.
