Despite the seriousness of the substance use disorder in South Korea, especially drug addictions, it is considered a criminal who should be socially isolated rather than a disease requiring treatment, and rehabilitation opportunities have not been properly provided or utilized. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest directions for improvement of treatment in the future by reviewing the effectiveness of intervention used for drug addiction. As a result of reviewing intervention studies on drug addicts in the Crimical Justice System over the past 10 years, there were no reports of drug maintenance after intervention in South Korea, and studies on psychological mechanisms known as factors that can cause addiction were mainly conducted. The other studies from overseas, and the intervention method was different according to the type of drug's pharmacological mechanism, and the success and maintenance of the drug were dealt with as the main results. In these days when the combination of new drugs and drugs in Korea is increasing, it will be of paramount importance to closely check the pharmacological action of drugs and apply appropriate interventions.

국내의 약물 중독 문제는 그 심각성에도 불구하고 치료가 필요한 질병으로 여겨지기 보다는 사회적으 로 격리되어야 할 범죄자로 여겨지며 보호 치료와 재활 기회가 적절히 제공되거나 활용되어지지 못하였 다. 이에 선행 마약중독 중재의 효과성과 관련된 선행연구를 고찰하여 마약류 중독에 사용되는 치료와 다양한 프로그램의 효과성을 검토하여 향후 치료의 개선 방향을 제안하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 최근 10년간의 사법시스템 내의 마약류 중독자를 대상으로 한 중재 연구들을 검토한 결과 선정된 논문은 총 11편이었다. 국내 연구는 총 4편으로 마약류 종류에 대한 구분 없이 중독을 유발할 수 있는 요인으로 알려진 심리적 기제에 대한 연구들이 주를 이루었다. 해외 연구는 총 7편으로 마약류의 약리기전에 따른 종류에 따라 중재방법을 달리했으며 단약 성공 및 유지를 주요 결과로 다루었다. 국내의 신종 마약과 마약의 혼용이 증가하는 요즘, 마약류의 약리 작용을 면밀히 확인하여 이에 대한 적절한 중재를 적용하는 것이 무엇보다 중요할 것이다.
