This study was conducted to understand the relationship between major satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy according to the major selection motivation of college students majoring in baking. From April 3rd to April 21st, 2023, 273 copies were used for statistics through a questionnaire for college students majoring in baking in the metropolitan area, and the SPSS 20.0 program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the study, the intrinsic motivation in the verification of major selection motivation and major satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on major satisfaction. Extrinsic motivation had a positive(+) effect on career satisfaction, curriculum satisfaction, and educator satisfaction among major satisfaction. Next, in the verification of major satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy, major satisfaction, career satisfaction, and curriculum satisfaction had positive(+) significant results on career decision-making self-efficacy. Finally, there was a positive(+) effect on both the relationship between major selection motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy. Based on the research results, a plan was suggested to increase the satisfaction of the student's own major and to advance into society by setting a good career path.

본 연구는 제과제빵전공 대학생들의 전공선택동기에 따른 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감 간의 관계를 파악하고자 진행되었다. 2023년 4월 3일부터 4월 21일까지 수도권 제과제빵 전공대학생을 대상으로 설문을 통해 273부를 통계에 사용하였고, SPSS 20.0프로그램을 활용하여 가설검증을 위해 분석하였다. 연구결과 전공선택동기와 전공만족도의 검증에서 내재적 동기는 전공만족도에 정(+)의 영향이 있었다. 외재적 동기는 전공만족도 중 진로만족, 교육과정만족, 교육자만족에서 정(+)의 영향이 있었다. 다음 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기 효능감의 검증에서 전공만족, 진로만족, 교육과정만족은 진로결정 자기효능감에 정(+)의 유의한 결과가 있었다. 마지막으로 전공선택동기 와 진로결정 자기효능감의 관계에서는 모두 정(+)의 영향이 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학생 본인이 선택한 전공에 대해 만족도를 높이고, 진로를 잘 설정해 사회에 진출할 수 있도록 방안을 제시하였다.
