Present study conducted to verify what kinds of words are being extracted and how the extracted words are connected using big data analysis about Jeju barrier-free awareness. In addition, this study aim to identify emotional perceptions of ‘Jeju barrier-free tourism’ and provide empirical basic data for revitalizing barrier-free tourism through emotional analysis. As analysis tools, we used Textome and UCINET 6.0 to conduct frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, CONCOR analysis, and emotional analysis. Using Textom program, data was collected with the keyword 'Barrier-free tourism + Jeju' from May 1, 2023 to May 1, 2024, and the collection channels were limited to the domestic portal sites 'Naver' and 'Daum'. The result of the CONCOR analysis using the keyword ‘barrier-free tourism + Jeju’, it was classified into a total of 4 clusters (policy and support, operation and program, wellness tourism, and natural environment). As a result of emotional analysis, most of the documents were positioned as positive and neutral, but this study found that negative perceptions related to transportation were revealed. Based on these research results, this study can contribute to better understand individual and social trends and propose policy development or business models for the future development of Jeju as a barrier-free tourist destination. In addition, present study was able to suggest various policies and marketing implications for barrier-free tourism in Jeju.

본 연구는 제주 배리어프리 인식에 대한 빅데이터 분석을 이용하여 어떤 단어가 추출되고, 추출된 단어가 어떻게 연결되는지 검증하기 위해 진행되었다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 ‘제주무장애관광’에 대한 감정인식을 파악하고, 감정분석을 통해 무장애관광 활성화를 위한 실증적 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 분석 도구로는 Textome과 UCINET 6.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, TF-IDF 분석, CONCOR 분석, 감정분 석을 실시하였다. 텍스톰 프로그램을 이용하여 2023년 5월 1일부터 2024년 5월 1일까지 '무장애 관광+제주'라는 키워드로 데이터를 수집 하였으며, 수집 채널은 국내 포털사이트 '네이버'와 '다음'으로 제한하였다. '무장애 관광+제주'를 키워드로 한 CONCOR 분석 결과, 총 4개 클러스터(정책 및 지원, 운영 및 프로그램, 웰니스 관광, 자연환경)로 분류되었다. 감정분석 결과, 대부분의 문서가 긍정적, 중립적 위치에 있었으나, 본 연구에서는 교통과 관련된 부정적인 인식이 드러난 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 개인과 사회의 동향을 더 잘 이해하고, 향후 무장애 관광지 제주 발전을 위한 정책 개발이나 사업 모델을 제안하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 제주의 무장애 관광을 위한 다양한 정책과 마케팅 시사점을 제시할 수 있었다.
