Currently, the defense logistics sector, in connection with Defense Innovation 4.0, is preparing various strategies for the digital transformation(D.X) for each military branch. These strategies aim to promote the informatization of logistics through the operationalization of the Defense Logistics Integrated Information System, establishment of smart factories, and development of big data systems. The goal is to efficiently utilize various logistics data in collaboration with related agencies, external organizations, academia, and defense companies connected to defense. When limiting the digital transformation(D.X.) in the defense logistics sector to the utilization of technical information, it is evident that the weapon systems (equipment maintenance field), ammunition, and supply(material) sectors have become increasingly sophisticated with advancements. This has led to an increase in the complexity of management during the total life cycle management phase. Consequently, the logistics sector now requires greater expertise than before, necessitating systematic management of technical information to effectively utilize specialized knowledge in the related fields. Therefore, this study focuses on the systematic management and utilization of functional technical knowledge in the defense logistics sectors, such as equipment maintenance, ammunition, and supply(material). It investigates the considerations for promoting informatization. The study involves a theoretical review and examination of previous research related to logistics technical information, identifying the scope of subjects and the direction of changes for promoting the informatization of logistics technical information, thereby drawing implications. Based on this, major considerations(tasks) for digitalization promotion and the establishment of an integrated management system, which should be prioritized during informatization efforts, were selected, and development measures were proposed. Through this, it is expected that logistics technical information will be implemented as knowledge information from an informatization perspective, providing users with an efficient form. Additionally, it is anticipated to support the enhancement of capabilities in logistics functions(equipment maintenance, ammunition, and supply functions) from a "How To" perspective and innovate total lifecycle management.

현재 국방 군수 분야는 국방혁신 4.0과 연계하여 디지털 대전환(D.X : Digital Transformation) 을 위한 군별 다양한 전략을 마련하여 군수 데이터의 활용을 위한 국방 군수통합정보체계 전력화, 스마트 팩토리, 빅데이터 체계구축 등 다양한 군수 정보화를 추진 중이다. 이를 통 해 국방과 연계된 관련 유관기관, 외부기관, 학계, 방산 기업 등과 다양한 군수 데이터를 효 율적으로 활용하는 전략이다. 국방의 군수 분야에 대한 디지털 대전환(D.X.)을 기술정보의 활용으로 한정해볼 때 현재 국방의 무기체계(장비정비 분야), 탄약, 보급(물자) 분야는 첨단화 등으로 성능이 고도화되 어 총수명주기관리에서 운영유지 시 관리의 난이도가 증대되었다. 이로 인해 군수 분야는 기존보다 더 많은 전문성이 요구되어 관련 분야의 전문 기술지식을 효율적으로 활용하기 위 한 체계적인 기술정보의 관리가 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 국방 군수 분야의 장비정비, 탄약, 보급(물자) 등 기능별 기술지식에 대한 체계적인 관리와 활용 관점에서 정보화 추진을 위한 고려사항을 연구하였다. 연구는 군수기술정보와 관련된 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 조사하여 확인하였고, 군수기술정 보의 정보화 추진을 위한 대상 범위 조사와 변화의 방향을 제시하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 정보화 추진 시 우선으로 고려되어야 할 디지털화 추진과 통합형 관리체계 구축 등에 관한 주요 고려사항(추진과제)을 선정하여 발전방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 군수기술정보를 정보화 관점의 지식정보로 구현하여 사용자에게 효율적인 형태 로 제공할 것이며, How To 관점의 군수 기능별(장비정비, 탄약, 보급 기능) 역량 향상과 총수명주기관리의 혁신을 지원할 것으로 기대한다.
