This study deals with psychological conflicts caused by positive effects as well as negative effects of digital literacy experienced by the alpha generation in the generation of AI, and a therapeutic approach for caring. In the case of the alpha generation of digital natives, there is a lot of concern, and difficult relationships are gradually emerging due to the conflict and lack of communication experienced in the community. Maladjustment from the relationship experienced by the alpha generation affects the formation of self-esteem and self-identity. Bandura saw that self-efficacy was necessary in order for the alpha generation to overcome anxiety and stress and to have a mind to face without avoiding psychological conflict. Therefore, this researcher considered ‘psychological flexibility’ as a core concept that promotes behavior consistent with individual values by Stephen C. Haze’s acceptance transfer therapy in the sense of accepting the problem rather than avoiding it. This is because the growth described by Howard J. Clinebell is consistent with the arguments of ‘caring and face-to-face’, and psychological flexibility not only gives you an attitude of mind to respond without avoiding the problem at hand, but also gives you a sense of self-efficacy. This eventually has the purpose of “recovery” of the full self. Accordingly, as a pastoral counselor for psychological care, it was considered that a pastor’s self-image with diversity that recognizes differences was necessary. To this end, we tried to discuss the pastoral implications for spiritual recovery, first, community recovery, second, self-identity recovery, third, relationship recovery, and fourth.

본 연구는 생성 AI시대 알파 세대가 겪게 되는 디지털 리터러시가 긍정적 영향 뿐 만 아니라 부정적 영향으로 인한 심리적 갈등과 이를 해결하기 위해서 심리적 유연성 을 경험하기 위한 치료적 접근과 돌봄을 위한 목회상담적 접근을 다루고 있다. 디지 털 원주민이라는 알파 세대의 경우 많은 우려를 낳게 되며 차츰 공동체에서 겪게 되 는 갈등과 소통의 부재로 인한 어려운 관계가 나타나고 있다. 알파 세대들이 경험하 는 관계에서 오는 부적응은 자아존중감과 자아정체성 형성에 영향을 미치게 된다. 알 파 세대들이 불안과 스트레스를 극복하고 건강한 삶을 살아가기 위해서 심리적 갈등 을 회피하지 않고 직면하는 마음을 갖게하기 위해서 Bandura는 자기효능감이 필요하 다고 보았다. 따라서 본 연구자는 문제를 회피하는 것이 아니라 수용하는 의미에서 스티븐 C.헤이즈의 수용전념치료에 의해 개인의 가치와 일치하는 행동을 촉진하는 핵심 개념으 로 ‘심리적 유연성’을 고찰하였다. 이는 하워드클라인벨(Howard J. Clinebell)이 말한 성장은 ‘돌봄과 맞섬’, ‘돌봄과 대면’이라는 주장과 일치하며, 심리적 유연성은 당면한 문제를 회피하지 않고 대응할 수 있는 마음 자세를 갖게 함은 물론 자기효능감을 갖 게 하기 때문이다. 이는 결국 온전한 자아상의 “회복”을 위한 목적을 갖게 된다. 이에 맞게 심리적 돌봄을 위한 목회상담가로서, 다름을 인정하는 다양성을 가진 목회자기 상(Self-image)이 필요하다고 보았다. 이를위해서 Campbell의 세가지 유형에서의 돌 봄과 목회상담적 접근으로 첫째, 공동체성 회복 둘째, 자아정체성 회복 셋째, 관계성 회복 넷째, 영적회복을 위한 목회적 함의를 논의하고자 하였다.
