Mainstream society’s attitude toward immigrants has not changed, although the number of immigrants is increasing in Korea. As micro-intervention has been proposed as a strategy to cope with micro-aggregation in the North America, this study expands the concept of micro-intervention to Korean society and proposes seven types of micro-intervention, applying narrative models. Through theoretical literature research, the concepts of micro-aggregation and micro-intervention were summarized in the North America, and the processes of related subjects and narratives change were examined based on semiotics. Specifically, seven types of narrative models for micro-aggression and intervention were presented with the background of a Korean business case. Ultimately, this study shows that micro-intervention is a possibility and process of transforming their narratives through interactions between various subjects such as mediators, targets, perpetrators, collaborators, and bystanders. This study is expected to contribute to providing foundational research on micro-intervention against micro-aggression by proposing narrative models in the context of Korean society.

한국사회에서 이주배경의 인구수는 증가하고 있지만, 주류사회의 이주민에 대한 태 도는 변화하고 있지 않다. 북미의 연구에서 미묘한 차별에 대응하는 개입 전략이 제안 된 바 있다. 본 연구는 미묘한 차별에 대한 대응을 한국사회로 확장하고, 서사모형을 통해서 7가 지 유형의 미묘한 차별의 개입 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 이론문헌 연구를 통해 개념을 정리하고, 구체적으로 한국의 기업현장을 배경으로 다섯 유형의 관련자들과 내러티브 변화 과정을 기호학을 기반으로 고찰했다. 본 연구를 통해서 미묘한 차별에 대한 대응은 중재자, 표적자, 가해자, 협력자, 방관 자 등의 다양한 주체 간 상호작용을 통해 내러티브가 치유적으로 변화하는 과정과 가 능성을 보여준다. 본 연구는 한국사회의 맥락에서 개입 모형을 제안하여 미묘한 차별 을 대응하는 과정을 연구하는 데 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
