The mentor-student relationship is a crucial factor influencing the quality of graduate training and the normal operation of educational organizations. In a multicultural context, cultural differences can hinder international students' perception of harmonious mentor-student relationships. Therefore, analyzing the mechanism of how international students' cultural intelligence quotient affects their perception of mentor-student relationships from a multicultural perspective is of great significance. In order to examine the mediating and moderating relationships among cultural intelligence quotient, bicultural identity integration, level of interpretation, and perception of mentor-student relationship, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 342 Chinese graduate students studying in South Korea using measurement scales for each variable. The results of the study showed that (1) cultural intelligence quotient plays a significant positive influence on perceptions of mentor-student relationships among Chinese graduate students in Korea; (2) bicultural identity integration plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between cultural intelligence quotient and perceptions of mentor-student relationships; (3) level of interpretation plays a positive moderating role between cultural intelligence quotient and perceptions of mentor-student relationships. In order to improve the level of perceived good student-guide relationships, it is recommended that, in light of the findings, first, consciousness focusing should be conducted to improve graduate students' self-awareness. Second, empowerment should be carried out to enhance the personal abilities of Chinese graduate students in Korea. Finally, a dynamic matching mechanism should be developed to create a harmonious atmosphere of mentor-student relationship.

지도교수-학생 관계는 대학원생 교육의 질과 교육 기관의 정상적인 운영에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 다문화 융합 분야에서는 문화적 차이가 유학생들이 지도교수-학생관 계를 인식하는 데 장애가 될 수 있다. 따라서, 다문화적 관점에서 유학생의 문화지능과 지도교수-학생 관계 인식의 작용 메커니즘을 분석하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 문화지능, 이중문화 정체성 통합, 해석 수준, 지도교수-학생 관계 인식 간의 매개 관계 및 조절 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 한국에서 유학 중인 중국인 대학원생 342명을 대상으로 각 변수에 대한 측정 도구를 이용하여 설문 조사를 실시했고 수집된 유효 데이터를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 27.0 및 AMOS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 사용했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 문화지능은 한국에서 유학 중인 중국인 대학원생의 지도교수-학생 관계 인식에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 이중 문화 정체성 통합은 문화지능과 지도교수-학생 관계 인식의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개효과를 한다. 셋째, 해석수준은 문화지능과 지도교수-학생 관계인식 관계에서 긍정적인 조절효과를 한다. 연구 결과와 결합하여 좋은 지도교수-학생 관계에 대한 인식 수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 우선, 대학원 생들의 자기 인식 수준을 향상시키기 위한 의식 집중이 이루어져야 함을 제안한다. 다음으 로, 한국에서 유학 중인 중국인 대학원생들의 개인 능력 향상을 위해 임파워먼트를 하며 역량을 강화하고 효율성을 높여야 한다. 마지막으로, 지도교수-학생 관계의 조화로운 분위기 조성을 위하여 역동적인 정합 메커니즘을 개발해야 한다.

导生关系是研究生培养质量和教育组织正常运营的重要影响因素. 在多元文化交汇的 场域中, 差异性文化会对留学生和谐导生关系感知形成掣肘. 因此, 立足多元文化视角剖析 留学生文化智力与导生关系感知的作用机理意义重大. 为考察文化智力, 双文化认同整合, 解释水平, 导师关系感知之间的中介和调节关系, 本研究采用各变量的测度量表对342名中 国留韩研究生进行了问卷调查, 并利用SPSS 27.0 和 AMOS 26.0 对收集的有效数据进行分 析. 研究结果表明: (1)文化智力对中国留韩研究生导生关系感知起显著的正向影响; (2)双 文化认同整合在文化智力和导生关系感知的关系中发挥部分中介作用; (3)解释水平在文 化智力和导生关系感知之间起正向调节作用. 为了提高良好导生关系感知水平, 结合研究 结论建议: 首先, 应该进行意识聚焦, 提高研究生的自我认知水平. 其次, 对中国留韩研究生 进行赋能增效, 增强研究生个人能力. 最后, 制定动态匹配机制, 营造和谐的导生关系氛围.
