This article examines the structural relationship in which social capital affects regional extinction and regional resilience (resilience) as a component of social integration, and the antecedents of social economy enterprises' activity channels (participation, communication, and empathy) in relation to these two relationships. The main purpose is to consider its value as a factor. In order to find an answer to this, this study focuses on a research model composed of variables representing the social participation channels of social economy enterprises and the main attributes of social capital as a proxy variable for social integration, and studies domestic social workers from April 2023 to May of the same year. Structural equation model analysis was conducted using survey data (response data from 80 people in total) conducted on young people from businesses, village businesses, cooperatives, social economy support centers, local government foundations, and for-profit businesses. As a result of the empirical analysis, the findings are as follows: 1) The social participation activities of social economy enterprises contribute to solving the problem of regional extinction and strengthening the resilience of the community by increasing social capital and helping regional development. 2) The social participation activities of social economy enterprises strengthen the resilience of the local community. The importance of social integration channels such as social capital can be confirmed as a mediating factor that contributes to , 3) Social integration channels such as social capital mediate the social participation of social economy enterprises and the economic, social, and political performance of the social economy, contributing to strengthening the resilience of the community rather than solving the problem of regional extinction. 4) The economic, social, and Political achievements were found to contribute to solving the problem of regional extinction and strengthening resilience through social capital and regional development channels.

이 글은 사회적 자본이 사회통합 구성인자로서 지방소멸과 지역회복력(리질리언스)에 대해 영향을 미치는 구조적 관계와, 양자 간 관계에 대해 사회적 경제 기업들의 활동 채널(참여, 소통, 공감)이 갖는 선행인자로서의 가치를 고찰하는데 주요 목적을 둔다. 이에 대한 대답을 찾기 위해 이 연구는 사회적 경제 기업의 사회참여 채널과 사회통합의 대용변수로서의 사회적 자본의 주요 속성을 나타내는 변수로 구성된 연구모 형을 중심으로 2023년 4월부터 동년 5월까지 국내 사회적 기업, 마을기업, 협동조합, 사회적경제지원센터, 지자체 소속 재단 및 영리기업 청년 들을 대상으로 실시한 설문 자료(총 80명 응답 자료)를 사용하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 발견된 사실은 다음과 같 다: 1) 사회적 경제 기업의 사회참여 활동은 사회적 자본을 증가시키고 지역발전을 도와 지방소멸 문제를 해결하고 지역사회의 리질리언스를 강화시키는데 기여한다, 2) 사회적 경제 기업의 사회참여 활동이 지역사회의 리질리언스 강화에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 매개요소로서 사회적 자본과 같은 사회통합 채널이 갖는 중요성을 확인할 수 있다, 3) 사회적 자본과 같은 사회통합 채널은 사회적 경제 기업의 사회참여와 사회적 경제의 경제적, 사회적, 정치적 성과를 매개하여 지방소멸 문제해결 보다는 지역사회의 리질리언스 강화에 기여한다, 4) 사회적 경제의 경제 적, 사회적, 정치적 성과는 사회적 자본과 지역발전 채널을 통해 지방소멸 문제를 해결하고 리질리언스 강화에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다.
