In this paper, we tried to investigate the effect of using cream containing salmon extract on skin improvement and check the possibility of functional cosmetics. For four weeks from April 18 to May 19, 2023, 24 women in their 20s agreed to this study were patched inside their arms for 48 hours to check skin safety, and then directly manufactured with cream containing 10% salmon extract and cream containing no salmon extract. As a result of this study, cream containing salmon extract increased skin moisture content after 4 weeks compared to cream containing salmon extract, confirmed skin melanin pigment reduction effect and pore improvement effect, and confirmed that cream containing salmon extract had skin improvement effect. Through this study, it is believed to be used as basic research data for cosmetics materials that can be used as basic research data.

본 논문은 연어 추출물을 함유한 크림을 사용하였을 때 피부 개선에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고, 기능성 화장품으로서의 가능성을 확인해 보고자 하였다. 2023년 4월 18일부터 5월 19일까지 4주 동안 본 연구에 동의한 20 대 여성 24명을 대상으로 팔 안쪽에 48시간 동안 패치 테스트하여 피부에 안전성을 확인 후 연어추출물 10%를 함유 한 크림과 연어 추출물을 함유하지 않은 크림으로 직접 제조하여 20대 여성 24명을 대상으로 임상실험을 진행하였 다. 본 연구 결과, 연어 추출물을 함유한 크림은 연어 추출물이 함유되지 않은 크림에 비해 4주 후 피부의 수분 함유 량을 높이고, 피부 멜라닌 색소 감소 효과, 모공 개선 효과가 확인되었으며, 피부의 여드름 발생과 관련 있는 것으로 알려진 포피린의 함량을 유의하게 낮춰 줌으로써 연어 추출물을 함유한 크림이 피부 개선 효과가 있음을 확인함에 따라 기능성 화장품으로써의 활용 가능성이 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 피부에 안전하고, 효과적으로 사용할 수 있 는 화장품 소재에 대한 기초 연구 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료되어 진다.
