This article was designed to confirm the spaces of Seolbong Kangbaeknyeon(雪峯 姜栢年) stayed, especially the space called Chungcheong-do, which is meaningful to Seolbong, as Chinese poetry(漢詩). Therefore, starting with the work of examining the spaces where Seolbong stayed as a whole, the work of extracting spaces that are meaningful to him was carried out. First, focused on the space called Ganggajeong(更佳亭), including Se-geo-ji(世居 地) of the Seolbong family in Chungcheongnam-do. In response, the ChinjuKang Descent Group(晉州 姜氏), a member of the Seolbong family, lived in the area of Chungcheongnam-do Cheonan, and in particular, it was confirmed that Seolbong lived in the Chungcheongbuk-do Pungse Village(豐歲村). In addition, it newly excavated the Ganggajeong(更佳亭) of Chungcheongnam-do Chungcheongbuk-do, and at the same time revealed that it is a space identified in both the work of Seolbong and his father, Jukchang(竹窓) Kangju(姜籒). Second, discussions were conducted starting from Chungcheongnam-do Gongju, a space where he stayed during the governor of Chungcheong(忠淸監司). The relationship between Seolbong and Chungcheongnam-do Gongju began in 1653 while staying in Chungcheong, and since then, Gongju has also been positioned as his tomb, so he examined the connection with the area. In addition, some of the political characteristics of Sobuk(小北) writer were confirmed by capturing the aspect that Seolbong still pursued Seoul during his official life. Third, we looked at the Chungcheongbuk-do Ojoong area, and revealed through Chinese poetry that Ojoong was his hometown and the Boseong O Descent Group(寶城 吳氏) material family(外家宅) existed. Furthermore, it was found that he tried to forget about his official life while living in Seolbong, but he could not completely let go of his desire for the real world. This article is meaningful in that it attempted to draw a little bit of a topographic map centered on the artist and the region by revealing the meaning of the space, starting with the work of extracting the geographical real space that can be captured in the Chinese Poetry.

이 글은 雪峯 姜柏年이 머문 공간들, 그중에서도 설봉에게 있어 의미를 지니는 충청도라 는 공간을 漢詩로 반추하고자 기획된 것이다. 이에 설봉이 머문 공간들을 전체적으로 개관 하는 작업을 필두로 그에게 의미있는 공간들을 추출하는 작업을 진행하였다. 첫 번째로는, 충남 일대 설봉 집안의 世居地를 비롯해 更佳亭이라는 공간을 중점적으로 살펴보았다. 설봉 집안인 晉州 姜氏의 경우 충남 천안, 아산 지역 일대에서 거주하였으며, 특히 설봉은 천안 豐歲村에 세거했음을 확인하였다. 또한 충남 천안의 更佳亭을 새롭게 발굴하는 동시 에 설봉과 그의 부친 竹窓 姜籒의 작품에서 모두 확인되는 공간임을 밝혔다. 두 번째로는 忠淸監司 시절 머문 공간이자 사후 장소인 충남 공주를 기점으로 논의를 진행하였다. 설봉과 충남 공주의 인연은 1653년 충청감사를 지내면서 시작되었으며, 이후 공주는 사후 공간으로도 자리했으므로 이 지역과의 연관성을 살폈다. 아울러 설봉이 外職 생활 동안 여전히 서울을 지향한 면모를 포착함으로써 소북계열 문인의 정치적 특징 중 일부를 확인하 였다. 세 번째로는 충북 吳中(淸州) 지역을 살폈는데, 한시를 통해 오중이 아름다운 장소이 자 고향을 상징하고 있음을 파악하는 과정에서 寶城 吳氏 外家宅이 존재했음을 밝혔다. 나아가 설봉이 이곳 䳱嶺에 거처를 마련하여 세상의 영욕을 잊고자 하였으나, 현실 세계에서의 영달함에 대한 갈망을 완전히 놓지 못했음을 파악하였다. 이 글은 한시에서 포착 가능한 지리적 실제 공간을 추출하는 작업을 필두로 그 공간이 지니는 의미를 밝힘으로써 작가와 지역 중심의 한시 지형도를 조금이나마 그려보고자 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
