This study evaluated the double mediating effect of social support and job satisfaction in the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention of coast guard officials. Through this, it is to establish policy implications for effectively managing the emotional labor of coast guard officials at the level of coast guard organization. In addition, in the working conditions of emotional labor, we will verify the importance of social support and job satisfaction, and further consider various variables that minimize the intention of coast guard officials to turnover. To verify the model established in this study, a survey was conducted on 168 coast guard officials, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS 23.0, and factor analysis and Cronbach's ɑ analysis were conducted to verify the reliability and validity of the research model. In addition, the direct and indirect effects were analyzed by applying the Process Macro Model 6. The research results are as follows. First, the direct effect of emotional labor on turnover intention was found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect. The direct effect of emotional labor on social support and job satisfaction was found to have a statistically significant negative(-) effect, and social support and job satisfaction were found to have a statistically significant negative(-) effect on turnover intention. And social support was found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, social support and job satisfaction played a role as partial parameters, respectively, in the process of influencing the emotional labor of coast guard officials on turnover intention. Third, as a result of verifying the dual mediating effect of social support and job satisfaction in the relationship between emotional labor and job turnover intention, the influence of emotional labor, an independent variable, when parameters were added rather than the effect on turnover intention was reduced and was statistically significant.

이 연구는 해양경찰공무원의 감정노동과 이직의도의 관계에서 사회적 지지와 직무만족의 이중매 개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 통하여 해양경찰조직 차원에서 해양경찰공무원들의 감정노동과 이직의도 를 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 정책적인 함의를 마련하는 데 있다. 더불어 감정노동의 근무여건 속에 서도 사회적 지지와 직무만족의 중요성을 검증하고 나아가 해양경찰공무원들의 이직의도를 최소화 하는 다양한 변인을 고려하고자 한다. 이 연구에서 설정한 모형을 검증하기 위해, 해양경찰공무원 168명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하 였으며, SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고, 연구모형의 신뢰성과 타당성 을 검증하기 위해 요인분석과 Cronbach’s ɑ 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 Process Macro Model 6을 적 용하여 직접효과와 간접효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동이 이직의도에 미치는 직접효과는 유의미한 정(+)적으로 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 감정노동은 사회적 지지와 직무만족에 미치는 직접효과는 유의미한 부(-)적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지와 직무만족은 이직의도에 부(-)적 효과가 있 는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사회적 지지는 직무만족에 유의미한 정(+)적으로 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해양경찰공무원의 감정노동이 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에 있어 사회적 지지 와 직무만족이 각각 부분매개변수로서의 역할을 하고 있었다. 셋째, 감정노동과 이직의도의 관계에 서 사회적 지지와 직무만족의 이중매개효과를 검증한 결과 매개변수인 사회적 지지와 직무만족을 투입하지 않았을 때 독립변인인 감정노동이 이직의도에 미치는 영향보다 매개변수들을 투입하였을 때의 영향력이 줄어들었으며 통계적으로도 유의미한 수준이었다.
