With the accelerated pace of legal globalization, the study of Chinese legal terms has received great attention and promotion. As an important part of legal research and practice, the accuracy and standardization of Chinese legal terms directly affect the effective implementation of laws and the smoothness of international cooperation. This study analyzes the development process, usage context and evolution rules of Chinese legal terms in the last hundred years (from 1923 to 2023), excavates the connotation and evolution path of legal terms, explores the core factors affecting the change of legal terms, and discusses the correlation between the process of Chinese legal reform and the evolution of legal terms. The development of Chinese legal terms is closely related to the reform of China's legal system, which reflects the gradual improvement and internationalization trend of China's legal system. Based on the comprehensive use of comparative legal language and semantics methods, this study predicts the possible trends and challenges of the future development of legal terms, and provides a theoretical basis for the standardization and international exchange of legal terms in China, provides valuable theoretical data for the field of legal linguistics, and expands a new perspective for the study of legal terms.

随着法律全球化的步伐加快，中国法律术语的研究受到了极大的关注与推动。中国 法律术语作为法学研究与法律实践的重要组成部分，其精确性、规范性直接影响着法 律的有效实施与国际合作的顺畅性。本研究对近百年（1923年至2023年）中国法律术 语的发展历程、使用情境以及演变规律进行分析，挖掘法律术语的内涵及演化路径， 影响法律术语变更的核心因子，探讨中国法律改革进程与法律术语演变之间的关联 性。中国法律术语的发展与中国法律体系的变革紧密相连，反映出中国法律制度的逐 步完善和国际化趋势。本研究在综合运用法律语言学和语义学方法的基础上，预测未 来法律术语发展的可能趋势与挑战，并为中国法律术语标准化与国际交流提供了理论 依据，为法律语言学领域提供了宝贵的理论资料，拓展了法律术语研究的新视角。
