The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among social capital, depression and successful aging the oldest old’s participation in line dance. To achieve the goal of this study, The questionnaires were distributed to 121 line dance partipants aged over 80years in D-city The measurement tools used were social capital, depression and successful aging scale. SPSS WIN VER 26.0 and Amos 27.0 program were used to analyze the data Followings are the results of this study. First, it was found that the social capital of the oldest old’s participation in line dance had a significant effect on the successful aging. Second, it was found that the social capital of the oldest old’s participation in line dance had a significant effect on the depression. Third, it was found that the depression of the oldest old’s participation in line dance had a significant effect on the successful aging. Fourth, it was found that the depression of the oldest old’s participation in line dance had a partial mediation effect between social capital and successful aging.

이 연구는 라인댄스 참가 초고령 노인의 사회적 자본과 우울 및 성공적 노화의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D광역시 거주 80세 이상의 노인으로 라인댄스 프로그램에 참가한 121부의 설문지를 최종분 석에 사용하였다. 본 연구에 사용한 측정도구는 사회적 자본, 우울과 성공적 노화로 수집된 자료는 분석 목적 에 따라 분리하여 입력하였으며, SPSS WIN VER 26.0과 Amos 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 라인댄스 참가 초고령 노인의 사회적 자본은 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 라인댄스 참가 초고령 노인의 사회적 자본은 우울에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 라인댄스 참가 초고령 노인의 우울은 성공적 노화 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 라인댄스 참 가 초고령 노인의 우울은 사회적 자본과 성공적 노화 사이에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
