The purpose of this study is to reveal the artistry and musicality of Giwonmu rhythm by analyzing the rhythm that can be said to be the core of Changwon Yacheolgiwonmu. The research method first looked at the historical background and origin of Yacheolgiwonmu, and based on this, analyzed the structure and characteristics of the rhythm for each performance process of Yacheolgiwonmu. As a result, the core characteristics of the Changwon Yacheolgiwonmu rhythm are that it creates the artistic beauty of the rhythm by playing the rhythm in accordance with the dance movements of the central shaman and four dancers on all sides, and that there is a slow beat rhythm of the Daedongmu rhythm and a 4-beat dangak rhythm. revealed that We hope that this study of the rhythm of Changwon Yacheolgiwonmu will be helpful in understanding Korean traditional shamanic music, and that the rhythm of Changwon Yacheolgiwonmu will be properly educated and passed down.

본 연구의 목적은 창원 야철기원무의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 장단을 분석하여 기원무 장단의 예 술성과 음악성을 밝히는 데 있다. 연구 방법은 먼저 야철기원무의 역사적 배경과 기원을 살펴보 고, 이를 바탕으로 야철기원무의 연희 과정 별 장단의 구조 및 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 창 원 야철기원무 장단의 핵심적 특징은 중앙무녀와 사방에 4명의 무용수의 춤의 움직임에 맞춰 장단을 연주함으로써 장단의 예술미를 창조하는 것과 대동무 장단의 느린무박 장단과 4박 당악 장단이 있는 것을 밝혀내었다. 본 창원 야철기원무의 장단 연구가 한국 전통 무속음악을 이해하 는데 도움이 되고, 창원 야철기원무의 장단이 올바른 교육과 전승이 되기를 기대한다.
