The purpose of this study was to investigate the serial multiple mediating effect of job search efficacy and career resilience on the relationship between career identity and employment preparation behaviors among Korea Polytechnics students. This study used data from 203 second-graders on the Polytechnic University II campus. The research data were analyzed using Hayes (2022)'s PROCESS Macro. The major results of this study are as follows: First, there were positive correlations between career identity, employment preparation behaviors, job search efficacy, and career resilience among Korea Polytechnics students. Second, job search efficacy and career resilience had a full serial multiple mediating effect on the relationship between career identity and employment preparation behaviors. The results of this study suggest that in order to increase the employment preparation behaviors of Korea Polytechnics students, it is important to improve their career identity as well as their job search efficacy and career resilience.

본 연구의 목적은 한국폴리텍대학생의 진로정체감과 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 구직효능감과 진로탄력성의 연속다중매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연 구에서는 한국폴리텍대학 재학생 203명으로부터 연구자료를 수집하였다. 연구자료는 Hayes(2022)의 Process Macro(모델 6)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국폴리텍 대학생의 진로정체감, 취업준비행동, 구직효능감, 진로탄력성 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 진로정체감과 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 구 직효능감과 진로탄력성은 완전 연속다중매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 한국폴리텍 대학생의 취업준비행동을 높이기 위해서는 이들의 진로정체감을 향상시 키는 노력은 물론 구직효능감과 진로탄력성을 높이는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.
