The purpose of this study is to confirm the concept of leisure literacy and explore its factors. To achieve this, a Delphi technique was conducted. Through this study, leisure literacy was defined as a practical ability to correctly judge leisure values and leisure information based on critical thinking and to use them positively to improve the quality of life. In addition, as components of leisure literacy, ‘leisure resources literacy’, ‘leisure utilization literacy’, ‘leisure communication literacy’, ‘leisure problem-solving literacy’, and ‘leisure citizenship literacy’ were derived. The results of this study can be used as basic data to induce individuals' leisure choices and positive participation in leisure activities through a literacy interpretation of leisure that affects happiness, and furthermore, to solve social problems.

본 연구는 여가 리터러시의 개념을 확인하고, 구성요인을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 델파이기법을 활용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 여가 리터러시는 비 판적 사고를 바탕으로 여가 가치 및 여가 정보를 정확하게 판단하고 이를 긍정적 으로 활용하여 삶의 질을 향상시키는 실천적 능력으로 정의되었다. 추가적으로, 여가 리터러시의 구성요인으로는 ‘여가자원 리터러시’, ‘여가활용 리터러시’, ‘여 가소통 리터러시’, ‘여가문제해결 리터러시’, ‘여가시민의식 리터러시’ 등이 도출 되었다. 본 연구결과는 개인의 여가선택 및 여가활동에 대한 긍정적 참여를 유도 하고 행복에 미치는 여가 리터러시의 해석을 통해 사회적 문제해결에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
