The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends on security guard education based on papers published in domestic academic journals, KCI-registered journals, KCI-registered journals, and other journals from 2003 to 2022. In order to achieve this research purpose, research methods of literature analysis and statistical analysis were used to search 69 studies related to security guard education published on the search site of the Korea Education and Research Information Service by publication year, inclusion type, research purpose, research subject, and research. Research trends were analyzed by type and data collection method. The specific research results are as follows: First, as a result of analysis by publication year, research on smoke emissions was conducted, and many studies were published, including 7 studies in 2008 and 6 studies in 2017. Second, by recording type, there were 50 KCI registered journals, 14 KCI registered candidates, and 5 other journals. Third, by research purpose, there were 23 improvement plans, 15 development plans, and 11 impact relationship analysis. Fourth, by research object, the order was private security guards, general security guards, literature data, and special security guards. Fifth, by research type, the order was literature research and quantitative research. Sixth, the data collection method was in the order of literature and questionnaire. Based on these results, future research should be conducted with a variety of research topics and research methods, and research on more specialized research subjects should also be actively and continuously conducted.

이 연구의 목적은 2003년에서 2022년까지 국내 학술지인 KCI 등재지와 KCI 등재후보 지 및 기타 저널에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 경비원 교육에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌분석과 통계분석의 연구 방법을 활용하여 한국교육학술정보원의 검색사이트에 게재된 경비원 교육 관련 69편의 연구물을 게재연도 별, 수록형태별, 연구목적별, 연구대상별, 연구형태별, 자료수집방법별로 구분하여 연구 동 향을 분석하였다. 구체적인 연구결과는 첫째, 게재연도별 분석의 결과 매연도 연구가 진행 되었으며 2008년에는 7편, 2017년에는 6편 등의 많은 연구가 발표되었다. 둘째, 수록형태별 로는 KCI 등재지 50편, KCI 등재후보지 14편, 기타 저널 5편이었으며, 셋째, 연구목적별로 는 개선방안 23편, 발전방안 15편, 영향관계분석 11편 등의 순이었다. 넷째, 연구대상별로 는 민간경비원, 일반경비원과 문헌자료, 특수경비원의 순이었으며, 다섯째, 연구형태별로는 문헌연구, 양적연구의 순이었다. 여섯째, 자료수집방법별로는 문헌, 설문지의 순으로 나타 났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에서는 다양한 연구주제와 연구 방법으로 연구가 진행돼야 하며, 더욱 전문화된 연구 대상에 관한 연구들도 활발하고 지속적으로 수행돼야 할 것이다.
