This study is descriptive research study to determine the relationship between academic self-efficacy, communication competence and problem solving ability of nursing students and to investigate the mediating effect of self-leadership. Research data were collected from June 1 to June 20, 2023 for 142 nursing students. Data analysis was performed using SPSS/Win 22.0 program to test hypotheses using descriptive statistics and PLS(Partial Least Square) structural equation. Self-leadership served as a mediating variable in the impact of nursing students’ academic self-efficacy and communication skills on problem solving ability. Based on the results of this study, it is proposed that elements such as academic self-efficacy, communication competence, and self-leadership be reflected in the nursing curriculum in order to improve problem-solving ability in simulation-based education.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 간의 관계를 파악하고 셀프리더 십의 매개효과를 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구자료는 2023년 6월 1일부터 6월 20일까지 간호대학생 142명을 대상으로 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/Win 22.0 프로그램으로 기술통계와 PLS(Partial Least Square) 구조방정식 분석법을 사용하여 가설검증을 하였다. 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 의사소통능력이 문제해결능 력에 미치는 영향에서 셀프리더십이 매개변수로 작용하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 시뮬레이션 기반 교육에서 문 제해결능력 향상을 위해서는 학업적 자기효능감, 의사소통능력, 셀프리더십의 요인들을 간호학과 교육과정에 반영 할 것을 제안한다.
