- This paper seeks to explore the perception among nursing professionals about the appropriateness of performing nursing skills by nursing assistants, whose scope of work is vaguely defined. This study collected data from 196 nursing assistants in three groups: Private Hospitals, Convalescent Hospitals, Nursing Care Service Ward in General Hospitals in the metropolitan area and five provincial cities and analyzed it using SPSS WIN 25.0. As a result of comparing the awareness of the adequacy of nursing skills in the three groups, medical preparation was highest in clinics, and nursing basics, hospital environment management, examination assistance, and acupuncture nursing skills were highest in nursing hospitals. Through this study, it was found that even if nurses hold the same nursing assistant certification, there are no clear regulations on the scope of work, so the perception of the appropriateness of the work differs depending on the organization to which the nurse belongs. Therefore, it is believed that the scope and standards of nursing work for national qualifications will be established, which will serve as the basis for enacting laws that will enable efficient use of nursing assistants and provide patient-centered care while the nursing profession cooperates with each other.

- 본 연구는 보건 의료인력 중 가장 빠르게 증가하고 있으나 업무 범위는 모호하게 규정된 간호조무사를 대상으로, 의료기관에서 그들이 수행하는 간호 술기 적절성 인식 정도를 탐색하기 위해 시도되었다. 수도권과 지 방 5개 도시의 의원, 요양병원, 종합병원에서 근무하는 총 196명의 간호조무사를 대상으로 자료 수집하였으며, SPSS WIN 25.0을 이용하여 자료 분석하였다. 세 집단의 간호 술기 수행 적절성 인식 비교 결과, 진료 준비는 의 원 군이 높았고, 기본간호 모든 영역과 병원 환경관리, 검사보조 및 침습적 간호 술기는 요양병원 군이 가장 높았 다. 본 연구를 통해 간호조무사는 동일 자격증이라 하더라도 뚜렷한 업무 규정이 없어 그들이 속한 기관에 따라 업무 적절성 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국가 자격에 대한 간호업무 범위와 표준이 설정되어 간 호 보조 인력의 효율적 활용과 나아가 간호사 직군이 상호협력하면서 대상자 중심의 돌봄을 제공할 수 있는 법제 마련의 근거자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
