This paper is study on plan for the development of storytelling materials for Seoul future heritage for the Myeongdong Civic Life Division and Future Heritage for sustainable use of Seoul's future heritage. The research methods were literature review and case study. Accordingly, the concept of Seoul future heritage was examined and the current status of its utilisation was checked. As a result, it was suggested that the development of storytelling in the use of Seoul Future Heritage, which emphasises citizen participation, should focus on the use of materials as a way to preserve the authenticity of conservation values, and the success factors were summarised as modern inheritance through value reinterpretation, balance between industrial revitalisation and preservation of traditional values, and living history reenactment. In order to maximise these points, a storytelling material development process for the strategic use of Seoul future heritage is necessary, and a proposal for storytelling material development that maximises the use of Seoul future heritage was presented. In conclusion, storytelling in the use of Seoul future heritage is for the sustainable development and revitalisation of Seoul future heritage, and this study is significant in that it presented an analytical framework for the development of storytelling materials and proposed a plan for the development and revitalisation of storytelling materials by focusing on the utilisation of Seoul's future heritage.

본 연구는 서울 미래유산의 지속가능한 활용을 위하여 명동 시민생활분과 미래유산을 대상 으로 서울 미래유산 스토리텔링 소재 개발방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 문 헌연구와 사례연구 등으로 진행하였다. 이에 따라 서울 미래유산의 개념을 살펴보고, 활용 현황을 점검하였다. 그 결과, 시민참여를 중시하는 서울 미래유산 활용에서 스토리텔링 개발 은 보전가치의 진정성을 지키는 방법으로써 소재 개발에서 활용에 방점을 둘 것을 제안하였 으며, 이를 실천한 사례를 통해 성공요인은 가치 재해석을 통한 현대적 계승, 산업 활성화와 전통적 가치 보존의 균형, 살아있는 역사 재연으로 정리하였다. 이러한 지점을 극대화하기 위해서는 서울 미래유산의 전략적 활용을 위한 스토리텔링 소재 개발 프로세스가 필요하며, 이를 통해 서울 미래유산 활용을 극대화하는 스토리텔링 소재 개발안을 제시하였다. 결론적 으로 서울 미래유산 활용에서 스토리텔링은 서울 미래유산의 지속가능한 발전과 활성화를 위한 것으로 본 연구는 스토리텔링 소재 개발 분석 틀을 제시하고, 서울 미래유산의 활용성 에 주목하여 스토리텔링 소재 개발안과 활성화 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의미를 지닌다.
