The purpose of the study was to develop the contents and the methods for applying the sustainable developmental education for the agricultural life science area in the 2022 Revised Practical Arts national curriculum. The literature review method was utilized for the study. In the study, the changes in contents of the sustainable developmental education, the Korean sustainable development goals, the introduction of the 2022 revised national curriculum, the agricultural life science are in the Practical Arts curriculum were analyzed to present the theoretical basis of performing the sustainable developmental education. As a result of the study, the contents and the applying methodologies for the sustainable developmental education were developed by each achievement standards for 2022 Revised Practical Arts national curriculum. The conclusions of the study were as follows : First, the contents of the sustainable developmental education are very fit to the purpose of 2022 revised Korean national curricululm, practical arts education, and the sustainable developmental education. Second, the methods for applying the sustainable developmental education were firstly, the developing the practical arts subject matter based on the contents developed in the study, secondly, developing the sustainable developmental education program by integrating the practical arts and another subject matters, thirdly, developing the sustainable developmental education program based on the K-SDGs,

이 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 교육과정기에 실과교과 내 농업생명과학 영역에서 지속가능발전교육 의 내용 및 적용방안을 마련하는 데 있다. 이 연구는 문헌연구를 중심으로 수행되었다. 문헌연구에서는 지속가능발전교육의 변화, 우리나라의 국가지속가능발전목표(K-SDGs), 2022 개정 교육과정의 총론, 실과교육과정, 그리고 실과 내 농업생명과학 영역의 내용을 분석하여 지속가능발전 교육의 근거를 제 시하였다. 이와 같은 문헌연구를 중심으로 실과교과 내 농업생명과학 영역에서 실제로 수행할 수 있는 지속가능발전교육의 내용을 선정하고 적용방안을 마련하였다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 연구의 결과 선정된 지속가능발전교육 내용은 우리나라 국가 교육과정, 실과교육, 지속가 능발전교육에 매우 합목적적이다. 둘째, 지속가능발전교육 적용방안으로 첫째, 이 연구 결과로 선정된 내용을 기반으로 실과교과서를 개발하는 것, 둘째, 실과교과와 타 교과 간의 통합적 지속가능발전교육 프로그램 수행, 셋째, 교과내 통 합 방법으로 K-SDGs에 근거한 초등 실과 지속가능발전교육 프로그램을 개발하고 수행하는 것이다.
