The International Baccalaureate (IB) has been actively introduced recently, bringing about changes in education policy. IB is structured in the form of a continuum, of which PYP at the elementary school level and MYP at the middle school level are frameworks that provide a general-purpose structure and key elements that allow individual schools to design and reorganize their own curriculum. It is provided in the form. This study explored the convergence of the IB framework, which has relatively high subject autonomy, and moral education. For this purpose, the types of convergence were analyzed and the corresponding instructional design was presented based on the ADDIE model. Based on this study, follow-up research and support should be conducted to ensure that the moral curriculum as a national curriculum and the IB program are linked.

국제 바칼로레아(IB)는 최근 적극적으로 도입되면서 교육 정책의 변 화를 불러일으키고 있다. IB는 연속체의 형태로 구성되어 있는데, 이 중 초등학교 수준의 PYP와 중학교 수준의 MYP는 단위 학교에서 자 체적으로 교육과정을 설계하고 재구성할 수 있는 범용적 성격의 구조 와 핵심적인 요소를 제공하는 프레임워크 형태로 제공되고 있다. 이 연구는 상대적으로 교과의 자율성이 높은 IB 프레임워크와 도덕과교육 의 융복합에 관하여 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 융복합의 유형을 분석하고 그에 따른 수업 설계를 ADDIE 모형을 바탕으로 제시하였다. 이 연구 를 바탕으로 국가 교육과정으로서 도덕과 교육과정과 IB 프로그램의 연계가 이루어지도록 하는 후속 연구와 지원이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
