Today, called the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, technology and art are breaking down the boundaries between them and demanding art creation and education in a new way. This study was conducted for the purpose of developing a competency model for cultivating the professionalism of culture and arts educator who are trying to develop their capabilities at the forefront of the rapidly changing field of culture and arts education. The results of the culture and arts educators’ competency model through the above process are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing behavioral incident interviews conducted for field experts in culture and arts education using NVivo, a competency pool consisting of a total of 34 competencies was derived. Second, a potential competency model consisting of 4 competency groups, 16 core competencies, and 48 behavioral indicators was derived through the categorization process of the competency pool. The developed potential competency model was validated through a Delphi survey targeting educational experts, and terms and categories were modified. Third, a competency model consisting of four competency groups in humanities, arts, technology, and education, 15 core competency and competency definition statements, and 40 behavioral indicators was completed. This study is meaningful in that it presents a model for the direction, educational value, contents and method of technology convergence for culture and arts education, which has been discussed a lot.

4차 산업혁명시대로 불리는 오늘날, 기술과 예술은 그 경계를 허물어 나가며 새로운 방식의 예술창작과 교육을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 빠르게 변화되고 있는 문화예 술교육 현장의 최전선에서 자신의 역량을 개발하고자 노력하는 문화예술교육사의 전 문성 함양을 위한 역량모델 개발을 목적으로 실시된 연구이다. 역량모델 개발 결과는 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 문화예술교육 현장전문가를 대상으로 실시한 행동 사건면접을 NVivo 프로그램을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 총 34개의 역량으로 구성된 역 량 pool이 도출되었다. 둘째, 역량 pool의 범주화 과정을 통해 4개의 역량군, 16개의 핵심역량과 48개의 행동지표로 구성된 잠재적 역량모델이 도출되었다. 개발된 잠재적 역량모델은 교육전문가를 대상으로 한 델파이 조사를 통해 타당성을 검증하였으며 용 어와 범주에 대한 수정을 거쳤다. 셋째, 최종적으로 인문, 예술, 기술, 교육 4개의 역 량군과 15개의 핵심역량 및 역량정의문, 40개의 행동지표로 구성된 역량모델이 완성 되었다. 본 연구는 그동안 많은 논의가 있어온 기술융합 문화예술교육의 방향성과 교 육적 가치, 내용 및 방법 등에 대하여 하나의 모델을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의미가 있다.

    2005년 3월에 발족한 '우리춤연구소'는 우리 춤의 발전을 위해 학제 간의 통합 연구뿐만 아니라, 각종 연수와 발표 활동까지 수행하는 한국 최초의 대학교 부설 우리 춤 연구기관이다. 설립 목적은 우리 춤을 체계적으로 연구하고 발전시켜 한국인의 정체성을 탐구하고, 이를 국제적 문화교류를 통해 세계만방에 널리 전파하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구소에서는 학문적 연구 연구활동은 물론이고 그 연구 성과를 학교 현장에 적용하는 교육활동, 연구와 교육울 통해 알게 된 내용을 표현하거나 감상하는 공연 활동 등을 추진하고 있다. 이런한 활동은 문화산업에 다양한 소재를 제공하고, 후손에게 물려줄 무형적 가치를 창출하는 데도 기여하게 될 것이다.
