As the workload of Korea Coast Guard officers increases and the risk of work increases, in addition to providing welfare support, there is a need to increase resilience, which is the ability of Korea Coast Guard officers to overcome themselves and respond flexibly, and to measure and manage this on a regular basis. Accordingly, this study was conducted to verify the validity of the resilience scale of Korea Coast Guard Officers and to find ways to efficiently measure and effectively manage resilience. To achieve this purpose, the survey data conducted in 2022 was statistically analyzed through proportional allocation sampling of Korea Coast Guard officers as the population. Finally, the validity of resilience was verified through descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the resilience of Korea Coast Guard officers was divided into three factors through exploratory factor analysis. In the case of reliability analysis, it was found to be high at factor 1 .901, factor 2 .851, and factor 3 .866. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, the model fit was also found to be appropriate. Therefore, a resilience scale consisting of a total of 9 questions was presented. Resilience is a positive psychological variable that can overcome stress and dangerous situations that occur in the work environment and needs to be appropriately managed and measured. Through this study, we hope to increase the understanding and necessity of measuring and managing the resilience of Korea Coast Guard officers and to use it as basic data for support programs that can increase resilience.

해양경찰공무원의 업무가 과중 되고 그 위험도가 높아짐에 따라 이들에 대한 복지 등의 지원 외 에도 해양경찰공무원이 스스로 극복하고 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 능력인 회복탄력성을 높이고 이 를 주기적으로 측정·관리할 필요가 있다. 경찰공무원을 대상으로 회복탄력성 측정 도구의 타당성을 검증한 연구는 수행되었지만, 해양이라는 특수한 환경에서 경찰, 소방 등 다양한 임무를 종합적으로 수행하는 해양경찰공무원을 대상으로 회복탄력성 측정 도구의 타당성을 검증한 연구는 없었다. 이에 이 연구는 해양경찰공무원의 회복탄력성 척도 타당성을 검증하여 회복탄력성을 효율적으로 측정하 고 효과적으로 관리하는 방안을 모색하기 위해 수행하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 해양경찰 공무원을 모집단으로 비례할당 표집을 통해 대표성을 확보한 2022년 설문조사 자료를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 최종적으로 기술통계분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 등을 통해 회복탄력성의 타당성을 검증하였다. 분석결과 해양경찰공무원의 회복탄력성에 대한 탐색적 요인분석으로 3가지 요인으로 구분되는 사 실을 확인하였고, 신뢰도 분석의 경우 요인1 .901, 요인2 .851, 요인3 .866으로 높게 나타났으며, 확인 적 요인분석 결과 모형 적합도 역시 적절한 것으로 드러났다. 그리하여 총 9개 문항으로 구성된 회 복탄력성 척도를 제시하였다. 회복탄력성은 직무환경에서 발생하는 스트레스와 위험한 상황을 극복 할 수 있는 긍정적인 심리변수인 만큼 이를 적절히 관리하고 측정할 필요가 있다. 이 연구를 통해 해양경찰공무원의 회복탄력성에 관한 측정·관리의 필요성과 이해를 높이고 나아가 회복탄력성을 신 장시킬 수 있는 지원 프로그램의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.
