The purpose of this paper is to present basic technology examples and directions for exploration using Southeast Asia and Thailand's performance for international understanding education that integrates glocal mutual and multiculturalism, and ultimately seek other cultural learning plans. The research method applies the social and context approach, the common element approach, and the integrated learning approach, which are international understanding education models, and presents the following procedures for the timeliness of class guidance. First, we approach the identity and value perception of through ideological consideration and social and educational functions. Second, for introduction to movement, the primary learning facial wash is designed with basic beat basic skills, orthodox accompanying basic skills, and character expression basic skills. Third, based on Joan Kealiinohomoku's "Asian Dance Analysis Guidelines," we present directions for introductory approaches and learning procedures for culture and arts in other countries in elementary education and design a step-by-step composition of learning content. The results of the study show that the realization process and embodiment method of Thailand's mask performance show the direction of the approach to learning other cultures and arts necessary for international understanding education. This discussion can be partially harmonized with the traditional expression of elementary sports in the 2022 curriculum and social, ethical, art, and music subjects, and can be applied to all grades through equalization of learning depth. Considering the expansion of the influx of migrants and the diversity of members of society, it is difficult to realize the meaning of mutual coexistence only by simulating explanatory cultural introductions or audio-visual materials. In particular, for macroscopic cooperation and solidarity with Southeast Asia, the practice of experiencing the central background should proceed from childhood. The process of understanding Southeast Asian performances will be suitable as a core idea and poetic learning tool for international understanding education.

본 논문의 목적은 글로컬 상호문화 및 다문화를 통섭하는 국제이해교육을 위해 동남아시아 태국 연희 <콘Khon>을 활용하여 기초 기술 예시와 탐색방향을 제시하고 궁극적으로 타문화 학습세안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구 방식은 국제이해교육 모형인 사 회・맥락 접근, 공통요소 접근, 통합학습 접근 방법을 적용하고 수업지도 세안의 시의 성을 위해 다음과 같은 절차를 제시한다. 첫째, 사상 고찰과 사회적·교육적 기능을 통 해 <콘>의 정체성 및 가치인식에 접근한다. 둘째, 움직임 입문을 위해 기본 박자 기초 기술과 정통적 수반 기초 기술, 인물 표현 기초 기술을 1차적 학습 세안을 설계한다. 셋째, 조안 케알리이노호모쿠(Joan Kealiinohomoku)의 ‘아시아 춤 분석 지침서’를 바탕으로 초등교육에서 다른 국가의 문화예술에 대한 입문 접근 방식과 학습 절차에 대해 방향성을 제시하고 학습 내용의 단계적 구성을 설계한다. 연구 결과인 태국의 가 면연희 <콘>의 실현과정과 체현방법은 국제이해교육에서 필요한 타 문화예술 학습의 접근 방향을 보여준다. 본 논의는 22년 초등 체육과 교육과정의 전통표현 영역과 사 회·윤리·미술·음악 교과와의 부분적 융화와 학습심도 평준화를 통해 전 학년에 적용 가 능하도록 하였다. 향후 이주민 유입의 확장과 사회구성원의 다양성을 감안하면 설명적 인 문화소개나 시청각자료를 모사하는 것만으로는 상호공존의 의미를 실감하기 어렵 다. 특히 동남아와의 거시적인 협력과 연대를 위해 그 중심배경을 경험하는 실전이 아 동시기부터 진행되어야 한다. 동남아 연희에 대한 이해 과정이야 말로 국제이해교육을 위한 핵심아이디어이자 시의적 학습도구로 적합할 것이다.
