This study attempted to reinterpret the practical actions implied in the study of special education teachers' practical actions from the perspective of Freire's praxis. For this purpose, 299 documents were selected by combining keywords such as 'special teacher', 'practical knowledge', 'reflection', 'reflection', 'action', 'experience', and 'perception' from 2010 to present. We looked at general trends such as publication year of the relevant literature, type of researcher, research topic, research subjects, and research method. Next, the categories of context, subject, process, and result of praxis were inferred through qualitative content analysis. As a result of analysis according to category, special education teachers go beyond being transmitters of knowledge and act as producers of knowledge in the context of various problem situations and challenges that cannot be solved through prior research alone, and are involved not only in relationships with students and parents, but also in organizations, culture, and policies. He was positioning himself as a subject. In addition, special education teachers showed the results of the praxis of reflection, improvement of real problems, and co-creation through the process of raising problems, active participation, and solidarity. In this way, the special education teacher's praxis derived from the literature analysis, unlike the conventional practice behavior research analyzed from Elbaz's perspective, showed that the special education teacher's praxis was not confined to the classroom but was expanded to a wider special education field, and problem solving It was confirmed that the special education teacher himself was prioritized over the experts as the subject of , and it was newly revealed that the special education teacher's praxis was developed through interaction within the community. The conclusions drawn from this study provide implications for future professional development of special education teachers.

이 연구는 특수교사의 실천 행위 연구에 함의된 실천 행위의 의미를 프레이리의 프락시스 관점에서 재해석하고자 했다. 이를 위해 2010년부터 지금까지 이뤄진 ‘특수교사’, ‘실천적 지 식’, ‘성찰’, ‘반성’, ‘행위’, ‘경험’, ‘인식’ 등의 키워드를 조합하여 299개의 문헌을 선정했고, 해 당 문헌의 발행연도, 연구자 유형, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구방법 등의 연구 동향을 살펴보았 다. 다음으로 해당 논문에 대한 질적 내용분석을 통해 프락시스의 맥락, 주체, 과정 및 결과 라는 범주를 구성하였다. 범주에 따른 분석 결과, 특수교사는 선행연구만으로 해결할 수 없는 다양한 문제상황과 도전의 맥락 속에서 지식의 전달자를 넘어 지식의 생산자로서, 그리고 학 생, 학부모와의 관계만이 아니라 조직, 문화, 정책에 대한 주체로 자신을 자리매김하고 있었 다. 또한 특수교사는 문제 제기, 능동적 참여 및 연대의 과정을 통해 성찰, 현실 문제의 개선, 공동 창조라는 프락시스의 결과를 보여주었다. 이 연구 결과는 종래 엘바즈(Elbaz) 관점에서 분석한 실천 행위 연구와 달리 특수교사의 프락시스가 단지 교실에만 갇힌 게 아니라 보다 넓은 특수교육 현장으로 확장되었음을 보여주었고, 문제해결의 주체로서 전문가보다 특수교 사 자신을 앞세웠음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 특수교사의 프락시스가 공동체 안의 상호작용을 통해 전개됨을 새롭게 드러내었다. 이 연구에서 도출한 결론은 향후 특수교사의 전문성 개발 에도 시사점을 제공한다.
