This study attempted to investigate people’s view of beauty salon brands. For this, big data were collected with the words related with JUNO HAIR, RIAHN HAIR and PARK SEUNG CHOL HAIR from the Internet articles and web portals from January 1, 2021 to July 13, 2023. For analysis, TF, IDF and N-gram were performed, using TEXTOM. In addition, network visualization and CONCOR were conducted, using UCINET 6, and the results found the followings: First, in frequency analysis, ‘perm’, ‘color’, ‘dyeing’, ‘haircut’ and ‘clinic’ were observed. In terms of the words with high TF and TF-IDF values, ‘perm’, ‘dyeing’, ‘color’, ‘haircut’, ‘clinic’, ‘designer’ and ‘recommendation’ were found. Second, according to analysis of top 50 words, consumers showed a high interest in ‘treatment’, ‘service policy’, ‘designer’ and ‘region’. Third, in N-gram analysis, ‘treatment’, ‘service policy’ and ‘region’ were discovered. Fourth, according to analysis of correlations among words by visualizing a semantic network, using NetDraw, several words were connected to each other both directly and indirectly without a leaning toward a particular word. Fifth, according to CONCOR analysis, 4 groups were classified by brand. In terms of differences, an academy for intern retraining was found in JUNO HAIR while seasonal promotions were observed in RIAHN HAIR. In contrast, PARK SEUNG CHOL HAIR offered a wig. Consumers tend to choose a beauty salon, considering service policies, services, promotions, location and brand power.
