The purpose of this study is to analyze how China will use the three-warfare strategy and suggest implications for Korean security. China's three-warfare strategy is to establish a strategic advantage by securing international influence and legitimacy by utilizing public opinion warfare, psychological warfare, and legal warfare in military and non-military activities. Korea's security is located between the United States and China, and China is likely to increase its influence by utilizing domestic public opinion and division between Korea and the United States through the three-warfare strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a preparation strategy to prepare for China's three-warfare. The United States is actively responding by officially acknowledging the risk of China's three wars and reorganizing related organizations and systems, but the reality is that Korea is insufficiently prepared for this. Therefore, it is suggested that the government and national defense should study ways to prepare for the Three warfare of China and prepare preparations.

본 연구의 목적은 중국이 삼전 전략을 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 대해 분석해 보고, 한국 안보에 주는 함의를 제시하는 데 있다. 중국의 삼전(三戰) 전략은 군사적 및 비군사적 활동 에서 여론전, 심리전, 법률전을 활용하여 국제적 영향력과 정당성을 확보하여 전략적 우위를 확립하는 전략으로 중국은 다양한 분야에서 이를 활용하고 있다. 한국의 안보는 미국과 중 국 사이에 위치하며, 중국은 삼전 전략을 통해 국내 여론 및 한미 간의 분열을 활용하여 영 향력을 높일 가능성이 있다. 이에 중국의 삼전(三戰)에 대비하기 위한 대비 전략을 마련해 야 한다. 미국은 중국 삼전의 위험성을 공식적으로 인정하고 관련 조직과 제도를 정비하는 등 적극적으로 대응하고 있으나, 우리나라는 이에 대한 대비가 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 따라 서 정부와 국방 차원에서 중국 삼전에 대비할 방안을 연구하고 대비책을 마련해야 할 것을 제안한다.
