Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online learning has been implemented in educational institutions. Online learning offers several advantages, such as access to qualified education and the freedom from time and spatial constraints. To develop online learning in educational settings, the intention of educators to use is crucial. This study applied the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to analyze the structural relationship between perceived organizational support, perceived risk, and the intention to use online learning. Based on a survey of 331 educators from secondary schools and universities, we analyzed data. The results indicated that perceived organizational support positively influenced the intention to use online learning by mediating perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Additionally, perceived risk, such as security concerns, negatively influenced the dependent variable through the mediation of attitudes towards online learning. Practical and theoretical implications, as well as discussions related to these findings, are presented regarding educators' intention to use online learning.

코로나19로 인한 사회적 거리두기의 일환으로 일선 교육 현장에서 온라인 교육과 블렌디드 러닝 등 기존 대면 수업 방식에서 큰 변화가 일어났다. 온라인 교육은 비교적 저렴한 비용으로 양질의 교육을 받을 수 있고, 시간과 공간적인 제약에서 자유롭다는 점 등 여러 장점이 존재한다. 교육 현장에서 온라인 교육 방식을 활용하기 위해서 는 교수자들의 이용 의도가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델을 적용하여 학교 차원의 인지된 조직지원과 온 라인이라는 특화된 환경에서 발생하는 인지된 위험이 이용 의도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 구조적 관계를 분석하 였다. 중·고등학교 및 대학의 교수자 331명의 설문 결과를 토대로 분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 인지된 조직지원 은 인지된 용이성 및 인지된 유용성을 매개하여 온라인 교육 사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 또한, 보안 우려 등 온라인 교육의 인지된 위험은 온라인 교육에 대한 태도를 매개하여 온라인 교육 사용 의도 에 부정적으로 유의하였다. 이와 관련한 논의와 교수자들의 온라인 교육 이용 의도에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.
