This study applied the intrinsic case study method to explore the nature and structure of the experiences of participants working on the H University power soccer team. For this purpose, a power soccer team in which college students with severe cerebral palsy were active as players was selected as a case study, and a total of 9 people, including 4 players, 3 coaches, and 2 guardians who met the purpose of the study, were selected as research participants. Data collection was conducted through participants' statements, the researcher's participant observation, and reports, and 4 components and 15 sub-components were derived through Giogri's phenomenological analysis method. The four components that represent the essence of the Power Soccer participant experience are ‘barriers to entry’, ‘limitations of Power Soccer: their own league’, ‘power of Power Soccer: the process of growing myself’, ‘value of Power Soccer’, It appeared as ‘new discovery and establishment of relationships’. Power Soccer was an opportunity for college students with severe cerebral palsy to overcome discrimination and alienation and become true sports people.

본 연구는 본질적 사례연구(intrinsic case study) 방법을 적용하여 A대 학 파워싸커팀에 활동하고 있는 참여자 경험의 본질과 구조를 탐색하고 자 하였다. 이를 위해, 중증 뇌성마비 대학생이 선수로 활동하고 있는 파워싸커팀을 사례로 선정하고, 연구 목적에 부합하는 선수 4명과 지도 자 1명, 보조자 2명, 보호자 2명 등 총 9명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 참여자들의 진술과 연구자의 참여관찰, 보고서 등을 통해 진행하였으며, Giogri의 현상학적 분석 방법을 통해 4개의 구성요소와 14 개의 하위 구성요소를 도출하였다. 파워싸커 참여자 경험의 본질을 의미 하는 4개의 구성요소는 ‘진입장벽’과 ‘파워싸커의 한계: 그들만의 리 그’, ‘파워싸커의 힘: 나를 성장시키는 과정’, ‘파워싸커의 가치: 새 로운 발견과 관계 설정’으로 나타났다. 파워싸커는 중증 뇌성마비 대학 생이 차별과 소외를 넘어 진정한 스포츠인으로 거듭나는 기회가 되고 있었다.
