This study investigated how subjective perception of neighborhood disorder affects collective efficacy evaluation and social relationship, and also examined whether place attachment and subjective mental health can play a mediating role in these influencing relationships. Through this, if the influence relationship is positive, the purpose is to find a direction related to the resolution of social exclusion for the socially underprivileged. To conduct the study, 272 adults in their 20s or older living in the urban regeneration district of Nangok-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, with a high citizen participation rate, were analyzed. The analysis method used the ‘structural equation model’, and it was found that there was a significant correlation between latent variables within the region in the final structural type. Neighborhood disorder showed a significant effect on subjective mental health and place attachment, and it was found that subjective mental health and place attachment played a role as mediators by mitigating the negative influence relationship of neighborhood disorder on collective efficacy evaluation. However, it showed unacceptable results in the path between neighborhood disorder and social relationship. Through this, the possibility of using the perception of neighborhood disorder as an indicator for judging social exclusion was also shown, and if indicators such as subjective mental health and place attachment appear positive, the direction of research on inclusive cities to improve the treatment of the socially underprivileged Implications that can be presented and additional policy suggestions are left.

본 연구는 동네 무질서에 대한 주관적 인식이 주민 효능감과 사회적 자본에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았으며 또한 이러한 영향관계에서 장소애착과 주관적 심리건강이 매개의 역할을 수행할 수 있는 가를 살펴보았다. 이를 통하여 그 영향 관계가 긍정적이라면 사회적 약자에 대한 사회적 배제의 해소와 관련된 방향성을 찾고자 하는 목적을 가진다. 연구를 진행하기 위하여 시민참여율이 높은 서울 관악구 난곡동 도시재생지구에 거주하는 20대 이상 성인 272명을 분석하였다. 분석방식은 '구조방정식모형'을 이용하였으며 최종 구조유형에서 지역 내 잠재 변수 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있음을 발견하였다. 동네 무질서는 주관적 심리건강, 지역애착에는 유의미한 영향 관계를 나타내었으며, 주관적 심리 건강과 지역 애착은 동네 무질서가 주민 효능감에 끼치는 부정적인 영향 관계를 완화하는 역할을 수행하여 매개로서의 역할을 수행한다는 결과를 나타냈다. 그러나 동네 무질서와 사회적 자본 사이의 경로에서 수용할 수 없는 결과를 나타내었다. 이를 통해, 사회적 배제를 판단하는 지표로서 동네 무질서의 인식 또한 활용 가능성을 보였으며, 주관적 심리건강과 지역애착 등의 지표가 긍정적으로 나타난다면 사회적 약자의 처우 개선을 위한 포용도시에 대한 연구의 방향성을 제시할 수 있다는 시사점과 추가적인 정책적인 제언을 남긴다.
