The purpose of this study is to find out the experience of kindergarten teachers’ digital media utilization classes by conducting focus group interviews. Focus group interviews were conducted from October 30, 2022 to November 29, 2022 with 12 teachers who are in charge of each of three private kindergartens in Seoul. As a result of the study, first, the necessity of classes using digital media was found to reflect the trend of the times, the role of an interesting assistant teacher. Second, growing from a simple recipient to a creator to a provider, integrated education through digital media were discovered as teaching and learning methods for classes using digital media. Third, using digital media as various teaching materials, classes using mobile, classes using multimedia. Fourth, the limitations of digital media classes resulted in a lack of knowledge of digital device utilization, teacher questioning for digital media utilization classes. Fifth, the teacher's demand for classes using digital media showed training to strengthen digital technology capabilities, and foster teachers' correct awareness of digital media utilization.

이 연구는 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 유치원 교사의 디지털 매체 활용 수업에 대한 경험을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울에 소재한 사립유치원 각각 3곳에 재직하고 있는 12명의 담임교사로 2022년 10월 30일∼2022년 11월 29일까지 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 디지털 매체 활용 수업의 필요성으로 시대적 흐름의 반영, 흥미를 유발하는 보조교사의 역할 로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 매체 활용 수업의 교수·학습방법으로 단순 수용자에서 창작자·공급자로 의 성장, 디지털 매체를 통한 통합교육의 충실화로 나타났다. 셋째, 다양한 교수자료로의 디지털 매 체 활용으로는 모바일을 활용한 수업, 멀티미디어를 활용한 수업으로 나타났다. 넷째, 디지털 매체 활용 수업의 제한점으로는 디지털 기기 활용에 대한 지식부족, 디지털 매체 활용 수업을 위한 교사 발문의 고민으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 디지털 매체 활용 수업에 대한 교사의 요구로 디지털 기술 역량 강화를 위한 연수, 디지털 매체 활용에 대한 교사의 올바른 인식 함양으로 나타났다.
