University is a place that continuously reads changes in times and people, responds appropriately, and at the same time strives to learn how to plant the unchanging truth in changing times and people. The current concern for churches and youth ministers is the decrease in the number of church members and the drastic decrease in the number of youth in churches. The Korean church must reconsider its reality diagnosis and strategies for the next generation. This is because giving up on the younger generation leaving the church is giving up on the future of the church. Based on a proper understanding of the identity and history of churches and Christian universities, this study considered what churches and Christian universities should focus on and do about the serious level of youth disengagement. As youth ministry that should be done within the church, it first presented religious education for the new Deuteronomy generation, youth who have not experienced the revival of the church and are influenced by society's negative perception of the church. At the same time, the researcher emphasized youth ministry that frees not only the youth but also their parents from the dualistic lifestyle and oppression of guilt that had been passed down from their parents' generation. As for strategies outside the church, youth ministers were asked to first understand churches and universities from a missional perspective and encourage themselves and their students to live out their missional calling not only in the church, but also in school and society. Furthermore it was proposed to train missionaries at school linking universities, local schools, and local churches led by denominations.

기독교 대학은 계속해서 시대와 사람의 변화를 읽어 적절히 대응하 고 동시에 어떻게 변함없는 진리를 변모하는 시대와 사람 속에 심을지 노력하는 곳이다. 지금 교회와 청소년 사역자의 고민은 교인 수 감소와 청소년들이 교회에서 큰 폭으로 줄어드는 현실이다. 한국교회는 다음 세대를 위한 현실진단과 전략을 재고해야 한다. 교회를 떠나는 젊은 세 대를 포기하는 건 교회의 미래를 포기하는 것이기 때문이다. 본 연구는 교회와 기독교 대학의 정체성과 역사에 대한 바른 이해를 토대로 심각 한 수준을 보이는 청소년의 이탈에 대해 교회와 기독교 대학이 무엇에 집중하고 무엇을 해야 할지 고민했다. 연구자는 교회 안에서 해야 할 청소년 사역으로 먼저 교회의 부흥을 경험하지 못했고 사회의 부정적 교회인식에 영향받는 청소년, 신(新) 신 명기 세대를 위한 신앙교육을 제시했다. 동시에 부모 세대로부터 전이된 이원론적 삶의 양태와 죄의식의 억압에서 청소년들은 물론 그들 부모를 자유롭게 하는 인식의 확대를 강조했다. 교회 밖 전략으로는 청소년 사 역자들이 먼저 교회와 대학을 선교적 관점에서 이해하고 그들과 소속 학 생들이 교회에서만 아니라 학교와 사회에서 선교적 소명을 살아내도록 격려할 것을 당부했고 이를 구체적으로 실행할 수 있도록 교단이 주도하 고 대학-지역학교-지역교회를 연계하는 학원선교사 양성을 제안했다.
